Pete Doherty Escapes Jail… AGAIN.

Pete Doherty will NOT be going to jail again. This time the charges of ‘breaching conditional bail’ were dropped because he wasn’t brought into court within 24-hours. The judge said,

“Anyone arrested for a breach of bail must be brought before the court and dealt with in a 24-hour period.”

Houdini, this one! They probably don’t want him in the jail system because all the other inmates will get syphilis from looking at his face. That happens, you know. You look at Pete Doherty’s face and you get a sexually transmitted disease. Even here, as you read this post, you now have AIDS. Enjoy!
