Redmond O’Neal and Dad: Arrested For Drugs

What a great father-son bonding activity! Matching drug charges!

Redmond O’Neal, 24, and dad actor Ryan O’Neal, 67, headed to the slammer together this morning after a “routine” probation search found both in possession of methamphetamine.

The younger O’Neal was charged with possession of methamphetamine and heroin and for driving under the influence in January of this year and was given three year’s probation. He was also arrested for drugs in 2005.

He could be looking at prison time thanks to this violation.

Father and son were both released after they each paid their $10,000 bail and are due in court November 13.

Ryan’s daughter Tatum O’Neal was arrested earlier this year in NYC while trying to purchase crack.

Looks like drug arrests are a family affair.
