Ricky Martin wants to adopt
Livin La Vida Loca singer, Ricky Martin is planning on adopting children. He would like to “adopt one from each continent,” if that was possible.
Ricky Martin who is not married said,”I don’t want any problems or misunderstandings (when it comes to the adoption process). … Some think as celebrities we can manipulate the system to have a quicker adoption.”
Was that a slam against Madonna perhaps??
Since when is adopting a child the best way to revamp a career? (Cough, Meg Ryan Madonna Sheryl Crowe, cough) And FYI Nicole Ritchie, I don’t know if having a child is one of the 12 steps.

What’s the point of being a celebrity (or filthy stinking rich) if you can manipulate the system? If it were me, I would just go somewhere and buy a child and cut out those greedy middlemen.
