Sarah Palin’s: Personal Email Account - Exposed

Uh oh! VP hopeful, Sarah Palin’s Yahoo! email account was hacked into on Tuesday and personal emails along with the email addresses of her parents, children and friends, private family photos, and phone numbers were all over the internet on Wednesday.
“This is a shocking invasion of the governor’s privacy and a violation of law. The matter has been turned over to the appropriate authorities and we hope that anyone in possession of these e-mails will destroy them,” the McCain campaign said in a statement.
It sounds like the hack wasn’t all that complicated because the information that Yahoo! asked for to change the account password was where she had met her husband (in high school), her home zip code and Palin’s date of birth.
All of this information is pretty easy to track down and once it was entered, the password was changed to “popcorn.”
Of course the FBI have stepped in to bust the culprit(s) and the email account has been deleted.
Nothing too incriminating was found in the account so this will most likely blow over soon but I’m sure Palin will be forced to read “Internet Security For Dummies” and “Ways Not to Waste the FBI’s Time” in the near future.
