Sen. Kerry’s Daughter Won’t Face DUI Charges

Prosecutors say John Kerry’s eldest daughter won’t be charged with drunken driving in Los Angeles. Alexandra Kerry will not be charged because of a lack of evidence.

      What a load of crap. She wasn’t charged, not for a lack of evidence, but because her B.A.C. (Blood Alcohol Content) was .06. The threshold for D.U.I. in California is .08. Simply put, she wasn’t legally intoxicated.
