Shaquille O’Neal gets a Ticket

Basketball star, reality show star, and Reserve Police Officer, Shaquille O’Neal received a ticket after being spotted by LAPD; he was seen intentionally stopping his vehicle in the middle of traffic outside of various clubs in Hollywood. He was pulled over, cited, and then released.
