Sheyla Hershey has had 9 surgeries, has over a gallon of silicone in her breasts, and is the new record holder for the largest breasts - 38 KKK breasts. Sheyla Hershey was only able to achieve 34 FFF in the United States, due to restrictions of the amount of silicone you can have in breast implants. But she wanted more, so Sheyla flew to Brazil for the record breaking plastic surgery.

      i dont know what your talking about star, they are huge yes but their PERFECT. shes not bad either :) if i got smothered under them massive mounds i would die a happy man
