“Her death was ruled accidental, she was anemic and she wasn’t in good health,” Winter said, assistant chief at the L.A. County coroner’s office.
Lilo involved in a minor accident

Stop your crying you big baby!
On Sunday, Lindsay Lohan’s driver was involved in an incident with Lohan’s BMW. Lohan was in the car, but was in the middle of putting her set belt on when her driver bolted from the club; hitting one person.
Some reports are calling this is a crash. It is not a CRASH.
Basically what happened is, her driver is waiting for Lohan, Paparazzi are swarming the alley around the car and following Lohan, and when Lohan gets in the BMW, the driver honks then hauls ass. Who got hurt? A big fat paparazzi that was leaning on the hood of the car when she hit the accelerator.
Of course, he sprained his wrist and now he’s talking lawsuit. His argument is that she shouldn’t have been wearing sunglasses at night in an alley, while driving.
She was probably wearing the sunglasses because of all the fucking lights and flashes going off all around them-Idiot.
CPS Visits Tiger Woods Home

The Florida Department of Children and Families has reportedly paid a visit to the Windemere, Fla., home golfer Tiger Woods shares with his wife, Elin Nordegren and their two young children.
When reached by Usmagazine.com for comment, Capt. Angelo Nieves of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department said his office was in contact with DCF, but would not confirm nor deny they visited Woods’ home.
“We met with Department of Family and Child Services on Friday afternoon,” Capt. Nieves tells Us. “I can tell you that it is a common occurrence when they need assistance. We have no information regarding their investigation or who may be involved.”
RadarOnline.com reports that both a marked deputy’s car and an unmarked vehicle from the Florida Department of Children and Families were parked outside Woods’ home for roughly an hour around midday on Saturday.
There is no word as to if Woods, 33, dad to daughter Sam, 2, and son, Charlie, 10 months, was at the home at the time of the visit.
Weezer Tour Cancelled After Crash

Today at 7:18 AM EST, about 40 miles West of Albany on I-90, the weezer tour bus carrying Rivers and his family and assistants lost control as it hit a patch of black ice. The driver employed every ounce of skill he had in fighting to keep the bus upright, as the vehicle violently fishtailed over the highway. And while the bus did indeed go off the road, plunging about 8-10 vertical feet into a muddy ravine off to the right of the Thruway thus coming to a very abrupt stop, it did not flip or roll, despite having plowed right over a guardrail, flattening it. Kudos to the driver for somehow keeping things as level as they could be - surely this story would have been far more tragic if not for his actions…..

Tiger Woods: Sex on Drugs?
December 5, 2009 by m.coonce · Leave a Comment

A tireless Tiger Woods - famous for his drive - allegedly teed up his sex life by popping Ambien sleeping pills with a purported high-society siren hot for a tipsy tumble.
Rachel Uchitel, the 34-year-old Big Apple tart who has gone under the covers since being named as Tiger’s sex toy, is alleged to have told friends she experimented with the insomnia medicine for sex, RadarOnline.com reported.
“Uchitel told friends that she and Tiger liked to have sex while taking the drug Ambien. Uchitel told one pal, ‘You know you have crazier sex on Ambien, you get into that Ambien haze. We have crazy Ambien sex,’ ” RadarOnline said.
In an e-mail to the Herald, Uchitel’s attorney, Gloria Allred, said she had no comment on Ambien sex trysts or an alleged million-dollar payout. “There will be no other statement today,” Allred said.
Uchitel called off a press conference this week amid reports Woods, 33, was willing to pay her up to $1 million to clam up. Her camp has denied any quid pro quo with the PGA powerhouse.
Another purported mistress, Jaimee Grubbs, 24, first described as a Las Vegas cocktail waitress, was identified yesterday as an employee at a medical marijuana store, RadarOnline reported. There are no allegations she shared any of her product.
As for the Ambien accusation, this isn’t the first time the pill has made headlines.
U.S. Rep. Patrick Kennedy blamed Ambien after he smashed his Ford Mustang into a barrier near Capitol Hill in May 2006. The Rhode Island Democrat sought treatment after the 3 a.m. crash.
Meanwhile, The Daily Beast Web site reported that Woods offered his wronged wife, Elin Nordegren, 29, $5 million up front if she agrees to stay with him.
The Web site also reported a revised prenup is being negotiated that offers Nordegren staggered payments totaling up to $75 million over five years.
To collect, Nordegren would have to stay on board for a total of seven years from their Oct. 5, 2004, marriage, the site said.
Sports marketing experts say despite the seemingly endless scandal, it still won’t torpedo Tiger’s career. His squeaky-clean image is tarnished, but redemption could still be teed up down the line.
“In the short term, he takes a huge hit,” said Jim Delaney of Boston-based Activate Sports & Entertainment.
“The general public may be disappointed . . . but the public also loves a comeback story,” Delaney told the Herald. “He will come out of this as Tiger Teflon.”
Marc Ganis, a Chicago sports consultant, said any alleged Ambien use won’t drive Woods off the endorsement gravy train.
“There’s no deviant behavior. This story hasn’t crossed that line yet,” Ganis said. “What’s wrong with Ambien? So many people take it.”
He did suggest, however, that Woods might want to lower his profile to let this infidelity storm blow over until the tour starts up again next year.

The California Highway Patrol said Sunday that Pamela Bach was pulled over Saturday night just south of U.S. 101 on Laurel Canyon Boulevard. She was booked at the LAPD’s Van Nuys jail and released.
The patrol says Bach showed blood alcohol levels of .14 and .13 on a breathalyzer test. California’s legal limit is .08.
Bach was charged with misdemeanor hit-and-run in 2007, but the charges were dropped when she agreed to pay minor damages to the woman whose car she hit. She pleaded no contest to a drunken driving charge in August and was placed on three years of informal probation, court records show.
She was also ordered to go to a treatment program and not drive with any measurable amount of alcohol in her blood.
A phone message left for Bach’s attorney, Ronald D. Hedding, was not immediately returned Monday. She is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 24.
Bach was married to Hasselhoff for 16 years until he filed for divorce in 2006. She appeared as a cafe owner in several episodes of Hasselhoff’s series, “Baywatch.”

Roger Avery Mug Shot
“Pulp Fiction” co-screenwriter Roger Avary has been removed from a prison work furlough program and locked up, authorities say.
Avary was sentenced in September to a year in jail and five years probation for causing a drunken driving car crash that killed a passenger and injured Avary’s wife. News reports say he has been serving his time in a work furlough program.
But on Friday Ventura County sheriff’s spokesman Capt. Ross Bonfiglio said the 44-year-old Avary had been locked up in the county jail.
The Los Angeles Times and the Ventura County Star reported that he was removed from the furlough program and jailed after allegedly Twittering about his experiences since being sentenced.
But Bonfiglio told The Associated Press that he was jailed over security issues and Twittering wasn’t a key factor. Avary attorney Mark Werskman denied Twittering caused his incarceration.
Avary and Quentin Tarantino share the 1995 Academy Award for writing “Pulp Fiction.”

Tiger Woods did not suffer facial lacerations from a car accident. They were inflicted by his wife, Elin Nordegren — according to a conversation Woods had Friday after the accident.
Tiger has yet to be formally interviewed by the Florida Highway Patrol — that should happen this afternoon. But we’re told Tiger had a conversation Friday — with a non-law enforcement type — detailing what went down before his Escalade hit a fire hydrant.
We’re told he said his wife had confronted him about reports that he was seeing another woman. The argument got heated and, according to our source, she scratched his face up. We’re told it was then Woods beat a hasty retreat for his SUV — but according to our source, Woods says his wife followed behind with a golf club. As Tiger drove away, she struck the vehicle several times with the club.
Tiger WoodsWe’re told Woods became “distracted,” thought the vehicle was stopped, and looked to see what had happened. At that point the SUV hit the fire hydrant and then hit a tree.
We’re also told Woods had said during the conversation Friday he had been taking prescription pain medication for an injury, which could explain why he seemed somewhat out of it at the scene.
