Mike Tyson will not be charges in scuffle

Mike Tyson is off the hook for his involvement in a scuffle with a paparazzo at the LAX airport in early November.

Prosecutors said Thursday (December 31) that both Tyson and the photographer would not be charged over the altercation, after they found insufficient evidence to charge the former boxer and/or Tony Echeverria.

Both men were arrested on November 11th following an altercation at the Los Angeles International Aiport, where Echeverria was punched in the face by Tyson, who said he acted in self-defense.

Tyson was traveling with his wife and 10-month-old child, and said the paparazzo became overly agreesive, so he acted to protect his child.
