Johnny Depp’s Girlfriend Demanding He Quit His Role in Upcoming Movie

Johnny Depp’s long time girlfriend and mother of his two children, Vanessa Pardis, has asked Depp to quit his role in the upcoming thriller, Tourist Trap, where his character is seduced by Angelina Jolie character and where they share a very long and very steamy love scene. Paradis does not want to join the list of women who “lost their men” to Jolie; Jennifer Aniston’s marriage to Brad Pitt failed shortly after the filming of the movie, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, where Jolie played opposite Pitt and had steamy love scenes. Laura Dern also lost her fiance, Billy Bob Thornton whom Jolie hooked up with a short time later.

Pitt & Jolie Sue Paper over Rumors

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are suing the UK based tabloid, News of the World, over the article published about them meeting with attorneys to divide their estate. The false article, which went global and was reprinted by just about everyone, including us, said that the couple was splitting, and neg with attorneys on how to divide up their assets and child custody.

Pitt and Jolie decided to sue the paper after attempts for a reasonable apology failed. They also demanded a retraction of the article, which did not occur.

Report: Brad Pitt buys Bachelor pad in Hollywood

I don’t know if this is true or not, but UK is reporting that Brad Pitt and Jolie are split and that Pitt has bought a place of his own in the Hollywood hills.

Over the weekend, additional reports were released that the Pitt/Jolie crew were splitting, and that attorneys were involved to legally divide the house. Then, yesterday reports were coming out from friends that things couldn’t be better between the two and that the weekend news were just hype. So who knows. Pitt did buy a house in Hollywood— why???? Your guess is as good as anyone else’s at this point.

Friends say Pitt & Jolie NOT Breaking up

Though there are reports, and plenty of rumors going around that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have broken, for real this time - close friends are reporting that this is not the case. Reports over the weekend had the Pitt/Jolie household at their attorneys office working on documents to split their fortune and child custody.

”It seems every time Brad and Angie happen to be in separate cities — no matter why — these breakup rumors start flying. … It’s like an almost monthly occurence,” said the studio honcho.

Angelina Thinks Cheating is Good for Relationship

In a recent interview with Das Neue (a German Magazine) Angelina Jolie talks about how an open marriage is good and can help keep a marriage strong.

“I doubt infidelity is absolutely essential for a relationship… It’s worse to leave your partner and talk badly about him afterwards.”

The 34-year-old, who has often denied sleeping with Pitt when he was still married to actress Jennifer Aniston, said that this freedom applies to all aspects of the couple’s life together.

“Neither Brad nor I have ever claimed that living together means to be chained together. We make sure that we never restrict each other.”

“The sparks fly at home if the nice Brad fails to see that he’s wrong and reacts in a defiant way. Then I can get so angry that I tear his shirt.”

Angelina Jolie Does Not Like Obama

Barack Obama does not have Angelina Jolie’s seal of approval.

“She hates him,” a source close to the U.N. goodwill ambassador, 34, tells the new issue of Us Weekly.

“She’s into education and rehabilitation and thinks Obama is all about welfare and handouts. She thinks Obama is really a socialist in disguise,” adds the source.

But don’t expect to see the Salt actress rally against Democrats on Fox News like her staunch Republican father, Jon Voight.

“Angie isn’t Republican, but she thinks Obama is all smoke and mirrors,” the source says.

And those political views are putting her at odds with Brad Pitt, 45, who is a big fan of the president and even went solo to the 2008 election party in Chicago.

“They get in nasty arguments all the time about it,” says the source. “She doesn’t respect Brad when it comes to politics, but, in the end, this won’t tear them apart.”

Jon Voight and Angelina Jolie Making Amends

Now that that’s out of the way: Angelina Jolie has been at odds with her father, Jon Voigt, for a very long time now. It started way back when he disclosed that she was planning on adopting her first child and then later accused her of needing therapy.

Maybe it has been long enough, because the father/actor claims that Brad Pitt had a big part to play in getting him and his daughter back on speaking terms. Reconciliation seems to be in the works, but with one condition: Voigt doesn’t speak about the issue.

Some think that Angelina’s forgiveness is really an attempt for her to have a little security, as possible tell-all books from former employees are in the works.

One from a former bodyguard and the other by British writer Andrew Morton, the actress may be nervous about the depth of information released.
