June 6, 2011 by David · 1 Comment

Arnold Schwarzenegger and his mistress, Mildred Baena’s love child who is now 14 years of age, could not participate in graduating from middle school due to the media frenzy around his school.
Baena did not want to subject her confused son on display for the media, sources say. He was to graduate with his classmates on Friday.

Just after the story broke in May, Baena pulled her son out of Bakersfield middle school. His name was added to the graduation program, but Baena had already moved her and her son into hiding in a small town in Texas. Baena’s family has high hopes that the attention will soon wear off and that they can return to a normal life.

Mildred “Patty” Baena threatens legal action against ET.

Mildred “Patty” Baena is threatening to sue Entertainment Tonight for an interview they did with her ex-husband, Rogelio Baena.

During the interview, Rogelio told ET that Rogelio made him believe the 13 year old child was Rogelio’s. Rogelio says he felt betrayed when the news broke that the child actually was fathered by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The interview was aired, then Patty’s attorney sent a letter to ET that said that Rogelio always knew the child wasn’t his. The letter also accused ET of doing the interview without doing any research into the history of Rogelio and Patty.

The letter also stated that they have proof that Rogelio was out of the country when Patty conceived the child. The attorney says, “Thus, Mr. Baena knew then, just as he knows now, that he could ot possibly have been the boy’s father.”

Also stated in the letter, Rogelio lives in Columbia and ET paid to fly him in for the interview so he could “lie on television for a six figure paycheck.”

The lawyer is demanding an apology and retraction of the story. They say “our client has been outrageously defamed,” and threatening legal action against ET if the demands are not met.

Sources say Maria Shriver had suspicions that the father of Midred Baena’s son could be her husband, Arnold Schwartzenegger. Shriver asked the housekeeper if Schwarzenegger was the father of her 13 year old son. Baena has been working with the family for 20 years now. Baena confessed and Schwarzenegger only admitted to being the child’s father after Shriver confronted her husband.
A source has said, “Maria has suspected this for a long time and she asked the housekeeper. Maria then went to Arnold and confessed.”

There have been reports that Baena had threatened to tell the secret before now, but a friend says that is not the case. The source went on to say, “She was upset with Arnold at the time and didn’t know what to do, she thought about going public, but it was a fleeting thought. Ultimately she didn’t want to hur Arnold. But she also didn’t want her employment to end.”

Shriver ultimately got to the bottom of the secret an Baena resigned in January.

On Monday, May 16, the former California governor confessed that he had a son after having an affair with the housekeeper. Shriver has hired a top divorce attorney, but no word yet on if Shriver will file for divorce from her husband of 25 years.

IRS hits Governator for $80k

November 28, 2009 by m.coonce · Leave a Comment

The Internal Revenue Service has filed a federal tax lien against Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger for nearly $80,000, public records show.

The lien was filed May 11 at the Los Angeles County recorder’s office for $79,064, according to a record in an electronic database that includes lien filings. The record does not indicate what property the lien was placed on, but it lists the debtor as Arnold Schwarzenegger with the governor’s home address in Brentwood.

The lien was reported this morning by TMZ.com, which posted a copy of a lien document that says it is from the county recorder’s office. That document shows that Schwarzenegger owes $39,047.20 from 2004 and $40,016.80 from 2005. The document also lists a section of the IRS code that suggests the debt may be penalties for a failure to report certain business transactions.

Schwarzenegger’s spokesman, Aaron McLear, said in a statement that the “governor has paid his taxes in full and on time.”

“No one, including the IRS, has notified the governor of any issues whatsoever with his taxes,” McLear said. “We are contacting the IRS to determine if the document in question, which appears to be a penalty for missing info and not for unpaid taxes, is legitimate and if there is any discrepancy to resolve.”
