Britney Spears: Ex-BoyFriend Jailed

A celebrity photographer who briefly dated Britney Spears at the height of her career meltdown was sentenced to 45 days in jail on Friday after clashing with an official trying to serve him a restraining order.
Adnan Ghalib, 37, one of the paparazzi who trailed Spears night and day in 2007, was also ordered to complete an anger management program.
Los Angeles prosecutors alleged that in February Ghalib drove his car toward an official who was trying to serve a court order keeping him away from Spears and her family.
Ghalib pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident, and charges of assault were dropped.
Spears, now 27, began a relationship with Ghalib in December 2007 when her private and public life were falling apart following her divorce, stints in rehab and a notorious head shaving incident.
Her behavior improved after the singer’s father intervened and was given control of her business and personal affairs by the Los Angeles courts in January 2008.

Katt Williams Arrest for Theft

The day after comedian Katt Williams was arrested for burglary and criminal trespassing in Georgia following an alleged home invasion, details about the incident continue to trickle out.
Williams was said to have a crowbar when he entered a home in Newnan, about 40 miles southwest of Atlanta, according to local police cited in an Associated Press story. He allegedly stole $3,555 in jewelry and collectable coins. The victim, identified in a police report as Daniel Broach, called police around 9 p.m. to report the break-in.
The 38-year-old Williams remained jailed Monday (November 9) in suburban Atlanta after a Coweta County judge set bond at more than $41,000 during a court hearing.
The comedian’s lawyer, William Briggs, told TMZ his client had been staying for three weeks with “full permission” on the property of producer Barry Hankerson while filming a movie. Briggs said that Williams was involved in a dispute with one of Hankerson’s employees, who fabricated the incident.
In a recording of a 911 call obtained by TMZ, the caller says Williams wouldn’t let him leave and “threatened to beat me up.” The caller also said he wasn’t sure if Williams had a weapon.
Williams was admitted to a psych ward in South Carolina last November and was arrested on gun charges in New York before performing hours later at Carnegie Hall. Prosecutors later dropped the charges after encountering problems proving their case. The comedian also skipped his scheduled hosting duties at the 2008 BET Hip-Hop Awards and an appearance on “Late Night With Conan O’Brien.”

Soulja Boy arrested after running from Police

Police were called to an abandoned house where Soulja Boy and about 40 others were shooting a music video. When the police arrived, even though they weren’t doing anything wrong, Soulja Boy and a few of his friends decided it was best to haul ass on foot and leave thier vehicles parked at the house.
According to Captain Jason Bolton of the Henry County Police, someone called in a report of individuals hanging out at an abandoned home. When officers arrived on the scene, they found around 40 people standing in a dark backyard behind the house. “You couldn’t really tell what was going on,” Bolton said. “But about half of the group ran from the officer on foot. He ordered, of course, for them to stop. … There were several vehicles left at that location.”
Bolton said that when the officer tried to speak to the remaining individuals — who were not identified by police — to figure out what was going on, he was told that they had gathered for a video shoot.
While investigating the scene, the officer figured out that one of the people who fled was Soulja Boy, 19, who eventually returned to claim his white Range Rover, which was left at the house. Upon his return, the officer charged the rapper with one count of obstruction, a misdemeanor, for running from police when he’d been ordered to stop. The rapper was released on $550 bond on Thursday morning and a follow-up court date was not available at press time.
A spokesperson for Soulja Boy had no comment on the arrest at press time. It was unknown what video the rapper, who frequently posts viral videos on his Web site, was shooting before the incident.
Lilly Allen Arrested

Uh… who is this chick exactly? Apprently she was arrested for punching a paparazzo in London. I’m pretty sure that if no one knows who you are then they probably aren’t taking your picture and that means you probably just knocked out a Japanese tourist who was trying to get a shot of the street sign you were standing in front of. Rude and unnecesary? Definately. Slightly hilarious? Probably. Newsworthy? Not at all.
