11-Year Old Has Parents Arrested Over Smoking Pot

An 11-year old fifth grader was inspired by a lesson he learned during a D.A.R.E program at his school - report those using illegal drugs. So, he did just that. Problem was the people he reported were his own parents. The student brought his parents marijuana joints to school and reported them. As such, his parents came home in time to be arrested and charged with two misdemeanor counts each of marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Now, I know this has nothing to do with celebrities but this story is awesome nonetheless.

Paris Takes to Twitter to Explain Cocaine Bust

Paris Hilton was recently arrested for cocaine possession after cops (allegedly) found 0.8 grams of cocaine in the heiresses purse. She was charged with felony cocaine possession and could - if found guilty - face four years in jail. She decided the best way to prove her innocence is to take to Twitter. The reality star addressed the rumors going around by tweeting the following message: “These rumors going around are so ridiculous, untrue and cruel. I’m not going to even pay attention to them, because I know the truth.” Yeah, the truth is the shit was in your purse and your going back to jail! She is due in court October 27.

Paris Hilton Arrested Again. This Time on Cocaine Charges

Paris Hilton has been arrested again, this time for possession of cocaine. She spent three hours at the Clark County Detention Center following the Friday night drug arrest. The one expception was that she was placed in isolation so as to avoid commotion. Deputy Chief Jim Dixon said. “If you stick somebody in like her or somebody else who’s famous, all of a sudden it’s disruptive. We’re under obligation to make sure that everybody is kept safe.”

Faith Evans Arrested - Suspected of Driving While Intoxicated

Faith Evans was arrested this past Saturday night at a checkpoint near Marina del Rey in LA. She was taken into custody on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and er car was impounded. Evans was released the following morning. She is all too familiar with this type of situation. In 2004, she was arrested on drug possession charges but managed to evade jail time by entering a drug-abuse intervention program. We will see how she fares this time.

Police Confirm: Snooki is Friggin Annoying

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was arrested on July 30th due to her drunken conduct at a NJ beach. She was charged not only with disorderly conduct, creating a public nuisance as well as annoying people on a beach - an apparent crime in NJ.

Jennifer Aniston Was Part of Salon Owner Fraud Scheme

Maria Gabriella Perez, owner of a Beverly Hills beauty salon, was arrested and charged with two counts of fraud for allegedly stealing credit card information from celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston, Anne Hathaway, Liv Tyler, Cher and Melanie Griffith. Perez is accused of stealing $280,000 in charges over one year, swindling $214,000 from Liv Tyler alone.

Jennifer Aniston Files Restraining Order Against Stalker

Jennifer Aniston has recently filed a restraining order against an alleged stalker. According to the papers, on July 15th, Jason Peyton was found, “laying-in-wait in a location he believes she frequents with a ’sharp object, a bag, a roll of duct tape and written messages about [Aniston].” Apparently, Peyton spent 8 days hunting her down when he was found by cops. He had carved messages in the paint of his car that said, “I love you Jennifer Aniston.”

Wesley Snipes Facing 3 Year Jail Term

Wesley Snipes was found guilty in 2008 of deliberately failing to file tax returns for 1999, 2000 and 2001; cleared of more serious fraud and conspiracy charges. His attorney immediately filed an appeal to the decision, arguing that the venue where the trial was held was chosen for racially discriminatory reasons. However, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta recently found that a three-year term in federal prison was appropriate.

Paris Hilton Released Without Charge After Marijuana Arrest at World Cup

Paris Hilton and her friend, Jennifer Rovero, were taken into custody on suspicion of smoking pot. Rovero was the one found with the pot so she was fined while Paris was set free. Hilton’s publicist made a statement following the incident, “Paris Hilton was questioned today by police in South Africa on allegations of smoking marijuana. “However I can confirm that the incident was a complete misunderstanding and it was actually another person in the group who did it. The case has been dropped against Paris and no charges will be made.”

George Michael Arrested for Erratic Driving

George Michael was arrested in London this past Sunday on “suspicion of being unfit to drive.” Michael apparently smashed into a building but it was onlookers who actually called the police to report the incident. He was then taken to a London police station. This is just one episode in a long line of car related incidents. He has been arrested for drug related car incidents along with prior crashes - where he was found slumped over (sleeping).
