Heidi Klum: 4th Baby Born?

Celebrity baby fans are waiting patiently for confirmation that supermodel Heidi Klum has given birth to her fourth child, after conflicting stories began to surface on Friday.

According to website RadarOnline, the new arrival - a baby girl named Lou Samuel - was born in Los Angeles at 1pm on Friday, one hour after 36-year-old Heidi was induced.

But several websites quickly published reports stating that while the claims were untrue, labour was imminent.

Jude Law becomes a dad again

Alfie star Jude Law can now call himself a dad of four. Model and aspiring actress Samantha Burke, whom the actor dated briefly, has given birth to a baby girl named Sophia.

The new arrival, who weighed 5lb 12oz, made her entrance on Tuesday night.

“Samantha Burke is overwhelmed with joy at the arrival of her beautiful and healthy baby girl,” the 24-year-old’s spokeswoman told US publication People. “The baby and mom are doing wonderful.”

There was shock in celeb circles two months ago when Jude confirmed he was expecting a child with the American brunette, whom he apparently met while filming Sherlock Holmes in New York.

His publicist said at the time: “Mr Law is no longer in a relationship with the individual concerned but he intends to be a fully supportive part of the child’s life.”

Thirty-six-year-old singleton Jude is already dad to sons Rafferty, 12, and Rudy, six, and his eight-year-old little girl Iris with his ex-wife Sadie Frost. He also has a stepson, Finlay, who is 18.

Not much is known about Samantha, who set up a blog to “share who I really am with you”.

She recently wrote: “So, if you are so interested in the story of this ‘ordinary’ woman having a ‘celebrity’s’ child, then read on.”

In one entry she defends herself against accusations that she is a “golddigger”.

“When I found out I was pregnant I was scared like any other single female would be,” she writes.

“I didn’t jump for joy because I ‘hit the jack pot’, I cried my eyes out and started adjusting my future plans in my head… Never once did I think about the money”.

Is Katherine Heigl milking the Adaption?

We noticed a lot of blogs this morning reporting that Katherine Heigl is milking the adoption of her Korean born daughter, Naleigh Kelley. The names came from combining her Mother and Sister’s name.

Katherine is probably being accused of milking (not literally) because she has a reputation for being a spoiled whinner. These comments mainly come from those who have had to work with her in the past.

Katherine Heigl Adopting

Katherine Heigl and her husband, musician Josh Kelley, are adopting a baby girl.

“It is a little girl and she’ll be 10 months at the end this month,” Heigl said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in an episode to air Friday. “She was actually born the day before me in November, which I thought was really serendipitous and just kind of like a sign. I realized just recently that I basically forfeited my birthday for the rest of my life.”

The baby will be named Naleigh — a hybrid of the names of Heigl’s mother and sister, Nancy and Leigh — and is from Korea. Heigl’s sister, Meg, was adopted from Korea.

“We started talking about adoption even before we were engaged because it’s really important to me,” Heigl said. “It’s been a big part of my life and my family. My sister is Korean and my parents adopted her back in the ’70s and so I just always knew that this is something I wanted to do.”

Heigl, who will take a five-episode break from Grey’s to shoot a her film Life As We Know It, said she and Kelley started the adoption process a year ago and received information on Naleigh, whom they have not yet met, six months ago.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden named their son Sparrow Midnight. Why would anyone name their son after a big black bird? We are now convinced that Nicole is out there on something. In fact, she may need an intervention right along with Maia. More importantly, with all the normal names out there, why do celebrities insist on trying to be “creative”?

‘Big Brother’ Host Pregnant

At the beginning of The Early Showon Tuesday, Julie Chen announced that she is pregnant! Julie, whose husband is CBS President and CEO Les Moonves shared, “I am expecting my first child.”

Chen even reassured fans that she wasn’t just gaining weight! “So it wasn’t a big Sunday at the buffet table. I’m starting to show now,” Chen dished. She went on to say, “And my due date is Oct. 4. So, fingers crossed, and … I’m not taking maternity leave from “Big Brother,” which she hosts. “I e-mailed my boss over there this weekend and I said, ‘Don’t worry. I can still do the show!” ‘

Tim Allen and Jane Hajduk Have Baby Girl

Tim Allen and his wife Jane Hajduk welcomed a new baby girl over the weekend. Elizabeth Allen weighed in at 5 pounds 13 ounces and arrived on March 29.

According to Tim Allen’s rep, “Tim and Jane are ecstatic about the birth of their first child together.”

Hmmm… she may have been a blonde as a baby but that does not mean that her hair did not get darker as she aged, resulting in it being bleached now.
