Motley Crew lead singer, Vince Neil, was arrested in Las Vegas on Sunday on drunk driving charges. He posted bail and was released. Further details are not being released at this time. The best part of this story is just a week prior, Neil was interviewed by The Associated Press about his “tell-all” book due out this September where he states that he has not used drugs in 20 years and has stopped abusing alcohol. He is quoted as saying, “There’s just a point in your life where you kind of stop, that’s what happened with me. There’s other things in life than just drugs and alcohol.” Well, he might want to stop the presses and recall the book….
Arrest Warrant Issued for Lindsay Lohan….Again
June 9, 2010 by David · Leave a Comment

Lindsay Lohan’s Alcohol detection ankle bracelet went off on Sunday evening - during an MTV Awards after-party. This pissed off the judge who issued her first arrest warrant, so she issued a second one on Tuesday, stating Lohan violated the terms of her bail. She increased Lohan’s bail to $200,000 and set a hearing for July 6. Lohan used her Twitter page to deny all allegations, tweeting, “My scram wasn’t set off. “Its physically impossible considering I’ve nothing for it to go off – All of these false resports are absolutely wrong,” she writes. “This is all because of FALSE accusation by tabloids & paparazzi & it is f—— digusting – I’ve been more than I’m compliance & feeling great.” Ummm, was she drumk when she tweeted this?
Lindsay Lohan Avoids Jail By Posting Bail, Knocks Back Some Wine on Flight Home
May 23, 2010 by David · Leave a Comment

WTF is up with this whole story? Lindsay Lohan misses her court date because she is partying it up in France during the Cannes Film Festival. She claims to have lost her passport but can’t explain why she didn’t finish her court appointed drug and alcohol classes. So, the judge issues warrant for her arrest. But, of course Lohan sideswipes that order by posting $100,000 bail, thus avoiding (what I was hoping) images of police arresting her as she descends the plane. So, what does she do on the flight from France to London? She kicks back and drinks some wine! Are you fucking serious? Glad we are so forgiving of a cracked out whore who literally throws money at the law in order to avoid responsibility.
Randy Quaid and wife Arrested and Jailed for Evading Court Appearances

After arriving 2 weeks late for court Randy and Evi Quaid were arrested by police and held on $100,000 bail. The spark that caused this current arrest was their failure to pay a $10,000 bill at the San Ysidro Ranch. They then repeatedly failed to show at a Santa Barbara court. Quaid and his wife were hoping for some forgiveness when they appeared at court but they were met with a different response. People magazine reported that “They came to court this morning hoping that Judge [Frank] Ochoa would forgive them for not showing up a couple weeks ago, but the judge said they showed disrespect by prior failures to appear and by flashing Randy’s Golden Globe award in court the last time around,” said Santa Barbara District Attorney Arnie Tolks.

A correction from yesterday, Gary Coleman was not arrested for domestic violence, but for a failure to appear in court. He was arrested outside Salt Lake City over the weekend. No charges are filed against Coleman and his attorney says, he isn’t sure which case, the failure to appear warrant came from. They’re looking into it now.
Along with this, Gary Coleman had a bit of luck, when a fan showed up to post his bail. Coleman had been in jail for 27 hours already, when Jarrod Clarke showed and paid the $1725 for his bail.

Polanski to Remain in Jail a Few More Days

Roman Polanski
Roman Polanski will remain in a jail outside Zurich for at least three more days until he meets the security conditions of his bail, a Swiss official said Friday.
Polanski wouldn’t be placed under house arrest in Switzerland before Monday, because he has yet to fulfill all the requirements to ensure that he stays in his chalet in the Swiss luxury resort of Gstaad, Justice Ministry spokesman Folco Galli said.
Galli did not elaborate, but the 76-year-old director must post $4.5 million bail, surrender his identity papers and be fitted with a monitoring bracelet.
Polanski cannot leave the chalet because the ministry is still deciding whether to extradite him to the United States for having sex in 1977 with a 13-year-old girl. Authorities in Los Angeles want him sentenced after 31 years as a fugitive.
Doubts over Polanski’s whereabouts were answered Friday when the filmmaker’s lawyer Lorenz Erni entered a prison in Winterthur, a city 16 miles (26 kilometers) northeast of Zurich.
Erni declined to speak to reporters after his 80-minute visit in the prison, where Polanski is being treated as an extradition detainee with more privileges than prisoners who have committed crimes in Switzerland.
A former Winterthur inmate said he was held in a cell next to Polanski, and that the Oscar-winning director of “Rosemary’s Baby,” “Chinatown” and “The Pianist” was given better treatment than others.
Actor Randy Quaid freed on bail

Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi have been freed on bail after being arrested for allegedly failing to pay a hotel bill of more than $10,000.
The couple are accused of using a credit card they knew to be invalid at a hotel in Santa Barbara, California. They were arrested in Marfa, Texas on Thursday following the issue of a warrant in California. While in custody, a local sheriff drove 58-year-old Quaid to a bank so he could withdraw the bail money. “I like to help everybody out,” said Presidio County Sheriff Danny Dominguez. “It’s a small town.”
The Brokeback Mountain star remained in his custody during the trip but was not handcuffed. The sheriff said the actor received no special treatment. The Quaids face charges of burglary, defrauding an innkeeper and conspiracy in June, according to the arrest warrant.
Josh Lynn, the chief trial deputy for the Santa Barbara District Attorney’s office, told the Associated Press news agency that prosecutors were waiting to learn what court date would be assigned to the Quaids by Texas authorities.
“To the extent that they’ve tried to complete any restitution payment to the business in question, I’m sure that will help to resolve the case,” Mr Lynn said.
