According to sources, actor Charlie Sheen is moving back in with soon to be ex, Brooke Mueller. An insider says, “she moved in several days ago”. The couple seperated on Christmas Day in 2009 after an incident that let Sheen to have charges of assault.
Sources confirm that Mueller andthe couple’s twins, Bob and Max, along with the nannies, have been there since Saturday.
Recent reports were that he was “in love” with a new girlfriend. Sources say that “he is not committed to one woman right now. His definition of ‘girlfriend’ is different than ours”.
Allegedly, Sheen had offered to buy Mueller a home in his neighborhood. Mueller’s family is not happy and sources say, “her family is furious. They think this is the worst thing for her. Nothing good is coming of this. These two are terrible together.”

Sources have confirmed that the Los Angeles County Child Services have made regular visits to the Sheen household over the past several weeks. This is in response to the fact that the one year old twins have a mother in rehab for substance abuse and a father facing criminal charges over the Christmas Day assault. Sources say it is a quick visit but something that will continue to take place.
Charlie Sheen May Be Prosecuted w/o Wife’s Help
Brook Mueller may want a chance to work things out with husband Charlie Sheen in the wake of her claims that he threatened her with a switchblade, but experts say the seriousness of her accusations may get prosecutors involved even without her cooperation.
Lawyers for the Hollywood couple have asked a judge to throw out a restraining order imposed shortly after Sheen was arrested on domestic violence charges Christmas Day, so that they can work on their relationship.
The restraining order, common in Colorado domestic violence cases, prevented Sheen from having contact with Mueller, possessing weapons or using drugs and alcohol.
But even if Mueller is willing to reconcile with Sheen, prosecutors may choose to proceed with a court case without Mueller’s testimony, noted criminal defense attorney Roy Black told “Good Morning America.”
“There’s no question they can proceed without her cooperation …because they can use her statements, her 911 call,” Black said.
Prosecutors would, however, have an easier time with Mueller’s help, he said. Though Mueller told a 911 operator that Sheen had threatened her life with a knife, she was reportedly drunk at the time.
“How much can you rely upon what she said?” Black asked. “She says that he has a knife, he denies it. He says it’s just an argument over the children, she says it’s more than that.”

Denise Richards says the feud with Charlie is Over
May 1, 2009 by cwiley · 2 Comments
E! reality starlet Denise Richards has recently stated that her ongoing battle with ex-husband Charlie Sheen is over. Richards says, “We’ve come to a really great place… and I wanted to tell the girls (daughters) I went and saw their new brothers. We’ve worked so hard to get into a really good place… It’s important for our daughters and it’s much easier in life for us to get along than have conflict… Life is too short.”
Charlie Sheen was quick to agree, saying, “We started noticing when we get along the kids are much happier. We had to do what’s best for the girls.” And his new wife Brooke Mueller agrees: “Denise is totally great, and it’s water under the bridge.”
I would be willing to bet money that they’re fighting again within 3 months.
