According to sources, actor Charlie Sheen’s estranged wife, Brooke Mueller, will not be extending the restraining order she filed earlier this month. The order was issued March 1, taking his twin sons away from him and preventing him to contact her. Reportedly, the order expires today and Mueller has decided not to extend it.
Reportedly, Mueller says Sheen should take a psychological exam. “Charlie must submit to a mental health evaluation with a licensed professional before he can see Bob and Max,” a source said. “Charlie won’t see the boys until he sees a psychiatrist, that is someone neutral, that hasn’t previously treated him.”
Mueller initially filed the restraining order after Sheen allegedly made threatening comments toward her. The couple has since reached a custody agreement, and Sheen is moving forward with hopes to see his sons soon.
Mueller filed the order after Sheen made threatening comments. “If he wants to see them, he will do it,” the source added. “Charlie agreed to these terms in the custody agreement. He has to adhere to the terms.”

Charlie Sheen and soon to be ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, had their legal teams working last weekend to reach a custody deal allowing both parents to see them. Reportedly, a new pact has been reached saying that Sheen will have a monitorpresent when Max and Bob are with him. It has been a week since Sheen has seen their boys and sources say, Brooke is making a profit off the boys in the meantime.
“Charlie hasn’t seen the twins in person since they were removed from his home last Tuesday,” a source said. “He’s getting more and more frustrated every day, seeing pictures of them with their mother as she parades them all over LA like some sort of sick photo opportunity.”
Celebs will sometimes tip off the paparazzi as to where they will be and when and they will share in the profit of the sale of the photograms. When sources asked Charlie if he felt that Brook was getting paid, his response was, “well, DUH”.
“This wouldn’t be the first time Brooke has sought to profit from media exposure,” a source has said. “Brooke negotiated a million-dollar deal to sell her wedding pictures to Charlie back in 2008. She also tried to sell images of her newborn twins back in 2009. She loves being in the spotlight as much as Charlie.”

Reportedly, actor Charlie Sheen has said he would be willing to pay one-third of the salaries of the crew members that have been out of work due to his rehab. CBS and Warner Brothers would cover the remaining two-thirds.
The crew does not get paid when they are not in production. Reportedly, Men may still have time to complete most, if not all, of the episodes for the season, which would mean that the crew would be paid anyway. The only way production will resume is if producer, Chuck Lorre and the studio believe the 45 year old actor is ready. But, allegedly, Sheen has said he is ready to go on.
Stars Angus T. Jones and Jon Cryer just signed new pacts with Warner Bros. TV and they are likely to be paid no matter what happens. But the crew members are freelance and are only paid when working. If Sheen elects to pay the crew out of his pocket it would not be the first time. In 2007-08, during the writer’s strike, Sheen covered the paychecks.

Actor Charlie Sheen’s attorney, Yale Galanter, told sources that Sheen will be returning to the set of his hit series Two and a Half Men by the end of the month. “We are thinking Charlie will be going back to work two weeks from today,” he said.
Galanter did not tell sources where Sheen is currently doing rehab, but he said he is healthy and doing well. Despite recent troubles, Sheen’s family is sticking by him.
His family is said to be very “close knit” and he has spent time with the boys since he has been in the hospital. Sheen told sources, “I have a lot of work to do to be able to return the support I have received from so many people. I want to say ‘thank you’ to my fellow cast members, the crew of Two and a Half Men, and everyone at CBS and Warner Bros…And to my fans, your good wishes have touched me very much. Like Errol Flynn, who had to put down his sword on occasion, I just want to say, ‘thank-you.’ ”

Sources say CBS has decided to order two additional episodes of sitcoms “Rules of Engagement” and “Mike and Molly” to help with scheduling conflicts due to the absence of Charlie Sheen from “Two and a Half Men”.
Sheen is reportedly attempting a rehabilitation program at home with a trained professional. The extra shows that were ordered to fill in the holes that will be made by his absence. Sources say that Sheen was admitted to a LA hospital last Thursday with abdominal pains and is out of work for three months.
CBS has said in a statement that a shutdown of “Men” “is not material” to the network. “Any ratings declines will be more than offset by the reduced programing costs for episodes lost this season,” the network said.
CBS said it is not reliant on one show. “In addition, ‘Two and a Half Men’ has always performed well in repeats,” the network said.

As Charlie Sheen attends rehab, CBS’s Two and a Half Men is completely at a loss. Reportedly, the network stands to lose millions because they will not finish the show without Charlie. If the show permanently shuts down production they could potentially lose $250 million in syndication alone. Not counting ads, which last season made $155 million.
That is how Sheen’s rehab is affecting CBS, but what about the people who stand to lose their jobs because of this?

Brooke Mueller has reportedly completed her treatment at the sober living house that she entered more than a month ago. That was the rumor at least. Mueller’s attorney, Yale Galanter, says that that report was made in error and that Mueller was in a “non-residential program”. Therefore, we have learned, she was never spending the night at the facility.
“Brooke’s program doesn’t end, but she can travel, work, sleep at home and spend time with her kids,” Galanter said, “She can go to classes at the facility whenever she wants but she is doing remarkably well.” Sources say Mueller is working with Paris Hilton on an Oxygen project. Galanter added that the star “looks great, feels great, and is doing great.”
Galanter commented on Charlie Sheen, who is Mueller’s [almost] ex-husband, who Galanter also represents. “Charlie always honors all of his contractual obligations,” said Galanter, “and made it on time to set every day of shooting this week.”
“He’s a single guy,” Galanter says of Sheen’s Vegas antics, “Charlie is one of the best actors on the planet and always gets the job done and does it well.”

The president of CBS Entertainment, Nina Tassler, told the nation’s TV critics this morning that “we have a high level of concern” about Charlie Sheen and the personal problems he is reportedly having. She, however, did expressed her confidence in his professionalism on the network’s hit show, Two and a Half Men. “I personally thought a lot about this,” said Tassler, choosing her words carefully. “We have a high level of concern. How can we not? Let me speak personally first. On a very basic human level, I am concerned of course. This man is a father, he has children, he has a family.”
Tassler also said “Charlie is a professional. He comes to work, he does his job extremely well. We are taping tonight. It’s very complicated, but we have a very good relationship with Warner Brothers TV. We have tremendous trust and respect with the way they are managing the situation. On a personal level, we obviously have concern. On a professional level, he does his job and he does it well. This show is a hit. That’s all I have to say.”
Sheen reportedly went on a wild trip to Las Vegas where he hung out with porn stars last weekend. This had everyone guessing if he could make it to work and his publicist had to make a statment saying that he was not only there, but there on time.
