11-Year Old Has Parents Arrested Over Smoking Pot

An 11-year old fifth grader was inspired by a lesson he learned during a D.A.R.E program at his school - report those using illegal drugs. So, he did just that. Problem was the people he reported were his own parents. The student brought his parents marijuana joints to school and reported them. As such, his parents came home in time to be arrested and charged with two misdemeanor counts each of marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Now, I know this has nothing to do with celebrities but this story is awesome nonetheless.

New Allegations from Mel Gibson’s ex-girlfriend, Claiming he Hit Their Child

Another recording has been released by RadarOnline where Mel Gibson’s ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, claims he hit their infant child. The recordings have not been verified and Gibson’s camp has no comment concerning these recordings. Here is part of the recording: “You hit me, and you hit her [the couple's 9-month old daughter] while she was in my hands! Mel, you’re losing your mind. You need medication.”

Mel Gibson Reportedly Made Racial Slur, Caught on Tape

Radaronline has reportedly listened to a tape, recorded by Mel Gibson’s ex-girlfriend and mother of his child. Allegedly, Gibson is yelling at Oksana Grigorieva about the clothes she is wearing and says, she looks like a “pig in heat,” and goes on to say “If you get raped by a pack of n***ers, it will be your fault.” Just four years ago, Gibson was in some heat for making anti-semitic statement. Seems like he was not sorry for what he said years ago and really is a racist pig.

Courtney Love takes to the Internet Over Custody

Courtney Love has again taken to Twitter, this time to rant about her plans to sue the mother and sister of Love’s late husband Kurt Cobain over custody of daughter Frances Bean.

Using the new Twitter handle CourtneyLoveUK, the Hole frontwoman insisted: “this s–t with the bean needs to be exposed for what it is right f–king NOW enough.”

Love, 45, also wrote (spelling and grammar hers): “they squeesed my bank accounts so that they were frozen because they know im going to sue the holy s–t out of them and now are … crocodiling my kid whose better than this seriously she was raised too well to be bought,” referring to her daughter’s grandmother, Kimberly Dawn Cobain, and aunt Wendy O’Connor.

Love, 45, has a temporary restraining order against her that prevents her from contacting her 17-year-old daughter.

Another Tweet from Love proclaims: “im severely lonely without my best friend and no am not on drugs BTW.”

Van Morrison Kid a Hoax

Van Morrison announced that the rumors floating around that he recently fathered another child are not true. He says that a hacker broke into his website and planted the false report. The media of the world grabbed it and ran with it before he could have it removed.

“The reports were complete and utter fiction. None of it was true,” Saunders (his publicist) said in a telephone interview. “But Van generally doesn’t feel the need to engage with the media, whether the news is good, bad or indifferent. Michelle and Van studiously stay out of the limelight. They wouldn’t have been aware of the traction these false reports were getting globally.”

Kate Gosselin seeks Sposal/Child Support

Kate Gosselin has filed paperwork asking for child support and temporary spousal support in the wake of Jon Gosselin taking nearly $230,000 from their bank account, says Mark Momjian, one of her divorce attorneys.

“She needs relief in light of the draining of substantial marital assets in violation of the arbitrator’s decision that the money should be used only for specific purposes,” says Momjian, who adds that the economic issues between the Gosselins are being hammered out by a court-appointed arbitrator by agreement on both sides. An arbitrator’s conference is scheduled for Tuesday, he says.

Kate’s application for child support and temporary support was filed last week around the same time as an emergency petition asking a Montgomery County judge to order Jon to return the money, Momjian says. A hearing on that issue was scheduled for Wednesday but was canceled because the judge’s wife died. No new court date has been set.
