Courtney Love gets burns on her hands during fire.

Courtney Love’s curtains in her New York townhouse caught fire early Thursday morning. The singer tried to put out the fire on her own which caused her to get several burns on her hands. Love refused medical attention for the burns when the fire department arrived.

“We can confirm that we attended a small fire at the location and the curtains were on fire,” a New York City Fire Department spokesperson said. “The owner had burns to her hands and refused medical treatment.”

Officials arrived at 1:52 a.m. The fire was on the fourth floor of Love’s three bedroom townhouse. There has been no report as to what the cause of the fire was or the condition of the singer’s hands.

Courtney Love lashes out at Kelly Osbourne.

According to sources, Courtney Love is taking her sobriety very seriously. After hearing that Kelly Obourne made jokes about Love’s history with drug abuse, Love set out to set the record straight on the online video site VYou.

Love told a fan, after being asked how long she had be sober, ” The answer is ‘05. Since October ‘05.”
In regards to Osbourne’s comments, Love said, “Kelly Osbourne and Joan Rivers called me a crackhead on the E! channel. Kelly knows I’m sober. Kelly knows there’s no drugs allowed at my house. I think it’s really lame.”

Love went on to claim that she had saved Osbourne’s life on several occasions “This girl I know, Kelly Osbourne, I’ve saved her life twice,” ranted Love. “I’ve done CPR, I’ve put things in her boobs. [She was on] Oxycontin, cocaine, foaming at the mouth.”

Love claims Sharon Osbourne, Kelly’s mom, has paid the media hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep Kelly’s drug problem out of the public.

Despite the current little squabble, Love says she and Osbourne get along well.

Courtney Love Claims She had Affair with Gavin Rossdale

While on the Howard Stern show yesterday, Cortney Love claims to have had an 8 month long affair with Gavin Rossdale….you know, Gwen Stefani’s hubby. Love even claimed that Stefani knew about the affair. Here is part of the interview: “Everyone gave me so much s— because Gavin sounded like a lot like Kurt…. But man, he was such an Adonis in his day! He got good in bed … something happened. Maybe Gwen taught him, for all I know.”

Stern then asked, “You were having sex with him while he was with Gwen Stefani?” Courtney replied, “Yes. She does know. Everyone … yeah … and a few other people. We didn’t have a lot of pressure on each other, but we did like each other quite a bit.”

Courtney Love takes to the Internet Over Custody

Courtney Love has again taken to Twitter, this time to rant about her plans to sue the mother and sister of Love’s late husband Kurt Cobain over custody of daughter Frances Bean.

Using the new Twitter handle CourtneyLoveUK, the Hole frontwoman insisted: “this s–t with the bean needs to be exposed for what it is right f–king NOW enough.”

Love, 45, also wrote (spelling and grammar hers): “they squeesed my bank accounts so that they were frozen because they know im going to sue the holy s–t out of them and now are … crocodiling my kid whose better than this seriously she was raised too well to be bought,” referring to her daughter’s grandmother, Kimberly Dawn Cobain, and aunt Wendy O’Connor.

Love, 45, has a temporary restraining order against her that prevents her from contacting her 17-year-old daughter.

Another Tweet from Love proclaims: “im severely lonely without my best friend and no am not on drugs BTW.”

Courtney Love Losses Custody of Her Daughter

Courtney Love no longer has legal control of her daughter. TMZ has learned a legal guardian has been appointed to care for 17-year-old Frances Bean Cobain. Guardianships of this nature are frequently established when the parent is not capable of taking care of their children. The guardians appointed by the court are Wendy O’Connor, Kurt Cobain’s mom, and Kimberly Dawn Cobain, Kurt’s sister. The guardianship was established on Friday. Courtney Love was not in court. The guardianship is for both Frances Bean personally and her financial well-being. The guardians do not have power over the trust established after Kurt Cobain’s death. The guardianship was established after a fairly long period of unstable conduct by Courtney Love. The court proceedings, however, are sealed.

Courtney Love Sued by American Express

Courtney Love is being sued by American Express for an unpaid balance of $352,059.67 on her AmEx Gold card. Amex are citing that the singer (I guess, lol) ”failed and refused” to make payments.
