Pamela Anderson “Putting Everything” into DWTS

Pamela Anderson, 42, said she has always been a bit shy about dancing in the past….Really? Well, she is getting over her shyness and will be dancing for our viewing pleasure on the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars. Anderson told PEOPLE magazine, “It’s stimulating mentally, physically and emotionally.” She went on to say, “It has my focus and I’ve always wanted to learn how to dance. Maybe I’ll get in shape as well.” Of course in keeping with the bad girl image, she said that doing DWTS, “will keep me out of trouble.” Well, we hope so but one can only guess how the wardrobe folks are gonna hold those pups in while Anderson is shaking her groove thang….

Brooke Burke is the new co-host of Dancing With The Stars

Brooke Burke, who was the season 7 winner of DWTS, will now co-host season 10 alongside Tom Bergeron. Burke is taking the place of Samantha Harris who decided to leave the show to focus on her other aspirations. Burke will interview the stars backstage after they finish dancing. She is a natural in this role and is said to have beat out other contenders including Melissa Rycroft and Vanessa Minnillo.

Burke’s past experience includes hosting E!’s “Wild On!” series, “Rock Star: INXS” and, most recently, TV Land’s “She’s Got the Look.”

Does Kate Gosselin have time for Dancing With The Stars?

Kate Gosselin has started training with professional partner, Tony Dovolani. She is in the middle of meeting her cast mates, doing lengthy photo shoots and on air interviews. This begs the question, does Kate have time to dedicate to DWTS with eight children at home?

Kate has responded, in part by saying that the she and Tony will train in her basement and at a dance studio near her home for the majority of the time. They will then travel to the DWTS set for final rehearsal and show.

Kate seems to currently be at the center of an age old question about women working outside the home but she seems to be handling it quite nicely. We will see how it pans out as the season progresses.

Pamela Anderson rumored to be part of cast on “Dancing With The Stars”

Baywatch bombshell, Pamela Anderson, is rumored to be one of the 12 celebrity contestants on this seasons’ “Dancing with the Stars.” With her “busty” figure, the wardrobes should be intersesting and I am sure folks will be watching and hoping for a wardrobe malfunction.

The contestants will be named during tonight’s “Bachelor” finale.

Tom DeLay Dances with Stars

Tom DeLay was elected to the House of Representatives 11 times, but if his performance on Monday’s “Dancing With the Stars” is any indication, he shouldn’t expect that kind of longevity on the hit ABC dancing competition.

Paired with professional partner Cheryl Burke - a two-time winner when dancing with singer Drew Lachey and football star Emmitt Smith - the former Texas Congressman known as “the Hammer” sits third from the bottom on the judges’ scorecards after one night of competition, the season premiere.

Second place was Giles and Cheryl, with Tony and Melissa in third place!!

Team Mambo dances to ‘All the Single Ladies’ on DWTS

Team Mambo, which includes Shawn Johnson and Chuck Wicks, danced to Beyonce’s ‘All the Single Ladies’ on Monday night’s episode of Dancing With the Stars. This is by far one of the best dances on the show I have seen. All I have to say is I hope other country stars (Brad Paisley, Kenny Chesney, etc) give Chuck hell for the last 30 seconds of this video. Enjoy!

Kim Kardashian Bootylicious Visit To Dancing With The Stars

Kim Kardashian and her mammoth booty recently visited the show from which she was ejected, Dancing With the Stars.

Kim took some pictures of the visit and posted them to her blog.

Writing on her official blog, Kim says:

“Melissa and Tony were so beautiful together but so much fun to watch and Cheryl and Gilles - I really couldn’t tell the difference between who was the professional. They are so hot together!”
