Slash picks an ‘American Idol’ favorite

Former Guns N’ Roses rocker Slash dished about the American Idol contestants on his Twitter and even picked a favorite.

If Slash thinks that this week will be good, then I guess it will be good. I have to say, I’m a little doubtful of Danny Gokey’s rock interpretation.

‘American Idol’ Top 4 to perform Duets?

Rumors are swirling that during next weeks ‘Rock’ theme, American Idol contestants will be performing duets! Sources are also saying the the contestants will be performing two songs, not sure yet on whether that includes the duet.

Simon Cowell predicts Danny Gokey and Adam Lambert as ‘Idol’ Final 2

As the season finale of American Idol draws near, Judge Simon Cowell is offering his opinion on who should make it all the way to the end.

“I would put my money on Adam [Lambert] and Danny[Gokey] … It is going to be Adam and somebody,” Cowell shared on Monday afternoon at an NBC press conference.

Cowell went on to say, “I would like to see Adam and Danny because I think they are the best two singers, and at the end of the day that is what should happen.”

Danny Gokey wows judges on American Idol

Danny Gokey was proclaimed the first night leader of “American Idol.”

Three of the show’s judges showered praise on the church music director from Milwaukee on Tuesday nights show. Danny sang Mariah Carey “Hero”.

“You are the hero, man,” said Kara DioGuardi. “You give us all hope. You were great.”
