Lori Petty: DUI Probation

Actress Lori Petty, 45, plead not contest to a DUI charge stemming back to May 30th. While she didn’t have to appear in court, her attorney accepted the plea agreement on her behalf. She will serve 5-years on probation and alcohol treatment (already completed).
Petty is reported to have hit a skateboarder with her car in the Venice Beach area.
“I sincerely apologize for driving after drinking alcohol. I assure you, this first misdemeanor DUI will be my last,” a statement from her read. Petty’s film credits include “Point Break,” ”Tank Girl” and “A League of Their Own.”
