Eva Longoria and Eduardo Cruz are heating up.

Eva Longoria, 36, and her new love, 26 year old Eduardo Cruz, were spotted holding hands and sightseeing in Madrid just last week. The couple reportedly went on a double date with Cruz’s big sister, Penelope Cruz and her husband, Javier Bardem.

Just the week before, Longoria was in D.C. making a speech outside the U.S. Capitol supporting Farm Worker Help Bill. The Bill is set to increase farm emloyees’ access to union representation.

Longoria’s divorce from NBA star, Tony Parker, became final in January after three years of marriage. The ‘Desperate Housewives’ star and Cruz were first spotted together in late 2010. Then in February, the couple was seen at the Super Bowl.

It is obvious that the couple likes to travel. In late April, Cruze and Longoria went on a vacation to Mazatlan, Mexico. Despite their romantic getaways, they have done their best to keep the relationship out of the spotlight.

Actress Eva Longoria has allegedly been dating Penelope Cruz’ little brother, Eduardo Cruz for several months now. However, the couple attended a Super Bowl party, on friends yaght in Miami Beach last weekend and were caught by photographers in a passionate embrace.

Onlooks say that the couple was “kissing and cuddling and looked very romantic”. Eva split with husband, Tony Parker, several months ago and the divorce was final in January.

“During the past few weeks, Eva seems to have come alive again,” a close friend tells PopEater. “She is usually fun, flirty and a blast to be around. That side of her came back after a few months of distress over rumors of Tony cheating.”

Eva’s reps have said that Cruz is just a friend. The singer was spotted with Eva leaving her LA restaurant Beso and again at her home on Christmas Eve. Then, less than two weeks ago, the duo dined and watched the flamenco Sir Sultry Quartet perform at Hollywood cabaret Cafe Was. Onlookers say the duo was “flirty” and “holding hands”.

“They still like to enter and exit public places separately,” says the source. “But they appear to be very happy and natural when they are together.”

Neither side’s reps have confirmed the possible new couple nor the fact that they have been out together. Sources say the duo was “flirty” last Wednesday.

Sources say that Longoria is happier than ever. “Eva definitely seems to have moved on from her sad divorce drama. Lately, she acts happier and more focused on the set.”

Sources confirm that Eva Longoria, 35, and Tony Parker, 28, are officially divored. A court in Texas finalized their divorce on Friday ending their three year marriage. San Antonio Spurs star, Parker filed in November, 2010 and Longoria filed in California.

Reportedly, Longoria filed first citing “irreconcilable differences.” Parker claimed a few days later when he filed, that the marriage had become “insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities”.

As the news of the divorce being filed were coming to light, so were the rumors of Parker sending text messages back and forth with Erin Barry, wife of former teammate Brent Barry. The rumors were denied by both Parker and Barry.

The ex-couple got married in France in July, 2007 after meeting in the Spurs locker room in November, 2004.

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are Not Getting Divorced

TMZ reported on Tuesday that San Antonio Spurs player, Tony Parker filed for divorce from his Desperate Housewives wife, Eva Longoria. But alas, it was just a rumor! NO! TMZ is so credible! TMZ took the story down about an hour after posting it and replaced it with a statement from Longoria’s rep saying Parker has not filed divorce papers and that he does not have a divorce lawyer.
