Freida Pinto and Woody Allen to Team Up

Freida Pinto fresh off her Oscar-winning “Slumdog Millionaire” with a role has agreed to star in Woody Allen’s unnamed upcoming project.

Freida Pinto will be joining the already-announced Josh Brolin, Anthony Hopkins and Naomi Watts.

Pinto signed with CAA in November and has been reviewing upcoming projects. Variety is reporting that “Allen’s film will mark the first post-”Slumdog” pic for the Indian-born model-turned-actress”.

Did Freida Pinto have a secret wedding?

According to The Times of India, Freida Pinto and Rohan Antao were secretly wed in Goa in December 2007. Freida Pinto then allegedly dumped him after the success of her debut film, Slumdog Millionaire.

So are they officially divorced now? The friend said, “Nothing is clear as yet. Rohan is still in shock at being dumped. He changed his status in the networking site
Facebook from ‘committed’ to ’single’ earlier this month. In fact, Freida was unhappy when Rohan had earlier written ‘engaged’ in his relationship status on the site.”

Well lookie there, I wonder is either one of them will claim that their Facebook account was hacked and someone else posted their relationship status.
