Lara Spencer returns to GMA.

Lara Spencer has hosted ‘The Insider’ for almost seven years now and is reportedly returning to her roots as an anchor on ‘Good Morning America’. Executive producer, Linda Bell Blue, told sources that the news was “bittersweet”.

“We respect her decision to accept this exciting opportunity and wish her every success in her new job,” Blue continued. “We are grateful for all of [Spencer's] contributions since day one of ‘The Insider’”.

Spencer’s former position at ‘The Insider’ has been taken over by ‘Entertainment Tonight’ correspondent Kevin Frazier. Blue said of Frazier’s new role, “Kevin has been an integral part of the ‘ET/Insider’ family for seven years. He is one of the most respected correspondents in entertainment news with incredible sources and connections that will be put to good use as co-anchor of ‘The Insider.’”

Rihanna talks with ‘Good Morning America’

On Thursday, Rihanna’s first televised interview since her assault at the hands of former boyfriend Chris Brown in February will air. Speaking to “Good Morning America,” the singer will send the message, “This happened to me. … It can happen to anyone,” according to excerpts of the interview released on Tuesday (November 3).

Rihanna, 21, also reportedly tells Diane Sawyer that the attack by Brown was especially difficult because of how she felt about him before the incident occurred. “He was definitely my first big love,” she said in an interview that will continue on Friday night’s “20/20.”
