Gretchen Rossi is reimbursing attorney fees

Gretchen Rossi, The Real Housewives of Orange County, has been ordered to pay $40,799 for legal fees. Rossi is suing ex-boyfriend Jay Photoglou for assault and battery and other alleged offenses. The judge awarded Photoglou half of the originally requested money due to the fact that the lawsuit is ongoing.

Rossi had to give money to Photoglou last year for legal fees for a defamation case. That part of the case was thrown out by the judge in October but allowed her to move forward with the other claims.
