Does Hayden Panettiere have a new man?

Two weeks ago, Hayden Panettiere announced that she and had split up with her boyfriend of two years, boxer Wladimir Klitschko. The actress was spotted having lunch with Mark Sanchez, New York Jets quarterback, in Laguna Beach, California on Memorial Day.

“They seemed very close and very happy,” a witness said.

A source close to the couple has said Panettiereand Klitschko are “just friends. Sources say the duo was talking at a pre-Oscar party in Hollywood in February as well. A witness has told sources “the flirting was mutual” between the two that night.

“Even though we’ve decided splitting up is best for both of us, we have an amazing amount of love and respect for each other and remain very close friends,” Panettiere said. Klitschko added, “I have a lot of respect for Hayden as a person and as a friend and I believe we’ll keep our friendship even after the separation.”

Hayden Panettiere and boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko have decided to split after two years together. Panettiere, 21, told sources that the couples’ split was more of a parting way than a nasty split.

“Even though we’ve decided splitting up is best for both of us, we have an amazing amount of love and respect for each other and remain very close friends,” she said..

There has been a lot of talk in the media about the 15 inch difference in their heights. The professional Ukrainian boxer told sources, “We had a great time together, but it’s not that easy to manage a relationship between two continents. I have a lot of respect for Hayden as a person and as a friend, and I believe we’ll keep our friendship even after the separation.”

Klitschko attended the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of the documentary based on his life, the duo is getting ready for the release of her upcoming show ‘Carmel’.

Actress Hayden Panettiere has given sources a positive report for actor David Arquette’s recent rehab stint. The two starred in Scream 4 and become friends during that time.

Panettiere tells sources, “he’s doing great. He’s doing really awesome,” and reportedly said that she has spoken with him since his release.

“We’re all buddies,” she said of the Scream 4 cast. “It’s a big group of us and we’re very supportive of each other and he’s doing awesome.”

“I still watch movies and during the sex scenes I hide my face like a five-year-old and think, ”Ew ew ew! They’re kissing. Ew ew ew! They are taking off their clothes!” Hayden dished.

“I’ve had to shoot kissing scenes but I still think it is the most awkward thing to watch,” Hayden added.
