TMZ reported that the 22 year old porn actress, Christina Walsh (stage name Capri Anderson), feared for her safety while with Charlie Sheen in the Plaza hotel. So, she locked herself in the bathroom and called the front desk for help. They in turn called 911. Sheen was on vacation with ex-wife, Denise Richards and their two daughters when this took place. He was taken to the hospital for a psych eval but was released and flew back to LA. After the incident, Sheen texted Radar Online’s senior executive editor the following: “Oh my man, I’m fine…The story is totally overblown and overplayed as far as the reality of the scenario.”

Paul Gray, bassist for the Grammy winning band, Slipnot, was found unresponsive by a hotel employee on Monday. Police said there was no indication of foul play but an autopsy was scheduled for Tuesday. It is unknown why he was at the hotel as police only said he was staying there for a few days. Gray lived nearby in the suburb of Johnston.
While Gray wore disgusting masks on stage and for press, he was actually known by friends as a friendly and caring individual. Lead singer of the band Papa Roach, Jacoby Shaddix, said “Paul Gray was an awesome person on and off stage. He will be missed by many including myself. His spirit will live on through the killer music he wrote.”

Friends with benefits?
Days after Vanity Fair released an interview with Robert Pattinson in which he declared he was just “friends” with Kristen Stewart, the two spent the night together at Hollywood’s famed Chateau Marmont on Oct. 29.
The next morning, a source says they shared breakfast together from Noah’s Bagels (a plain bagel with walnut cream cheese for him; a blueberry with butter for her). Who Cares???

A Chicago-area man was arrested Friday night at Chicago O’Hare International Airport on federal charges of interstate stalking for allegedly recording nude videos of ESPN reporter Erin Andrews, posting them on the Internet and attempting to sell them to a celebrity news site.
Michael David Barrett, a 48-year-old man from Westmont, Illinois, was named in a criminal complaint filed late Friday.
The complaint alleges that Barrett “with the intent to harass, to place under surveillance with intent to harass and intimidate, and to cause substantial emotional distress to a person in another state, namely E.A., used facilities of interstate commerce, including cellular telephone networks, electronic mail, and Internet Web sites, to engage in a course of conduct that caused substantial emotional distress to E.A.”
Barrett aka “Mark Bennett” is accused of filming Andrews on at least two occasions, and is accused of having “surreptitiously” recorded nude videos of her without her knowledge and consent.
The complaint also alleges that Barrett stayed in an adjacent hotel room next to where Andrews stayed, where a “tampered peephole” was found. According to the complaint, he specifically asked to stay in the room next to Andrews when making his reservation.
Barrett is expected to make his initial court appearance Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m.
Actor Randy Quaid freed on bail

Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi have been freed on bail after being arrested for allegedly failing to pay a hotel bill of more than $10,000.
The couple are accused of using a credit card they knew to be invalid at a hotel in Santa Barbara, California. They were arrested in Marfa, Texas on Thursday following the issue of a warrant in California. While in custody, a local sheriff drove 58-year-old Quaid to a bank so he could withdraw the bail money. “I like to help everybody out,” said Presidio County Sheriff Danny Dominguez. “It’s a small town.”
The Brokeback Mountain star remained in his custody during the trip but was not handcuffed. The sheriff said the actor received no special treatment. The Quaids face charges of burglary, defrauding an innkeeper and conspiracy in June, according to the arrest warrant.
Josh Lynn, the chief trial deputy for the Santa Barbara District Attorney’s office, told the Associated Press news agency that prosecutors were waiting to learn what court date would be assigned to the Quaids by Texas authorities.
“To the extent that they’ve tried to complete any restitution payment to the business in question, I’m sure that will help to resolve the case,” Mr Lynn said.
