Sudan: Woman Jailed for Wearing ‘Trousers’

Another reminder that you should feel good about living in a country that allows women to wear pants, jeans, trousers without fear of repercussions. This isn’t isolated to the US, but any State that grants such a minute freedom, that to some, they would risk 40 lashes for, especially where it isn’t tolerated.
A Sudanese woman has been jailed for a month after refusing to pay a fine for “dressing indecently” by wearing trousers, her lawyers say. Her crime - WEARING TROUSERS!
