Jamie Pressly: in trouble with law and IRS.

Reportedly, Jaime Pressly [former My Name is Earl star] owes over $637,000 in delinquent taxes.
Public records indicate that the IRS filed a lien in the amount of $281,699 for her 2008 income tax. Then three months later filed another in the amount of $260,370. Also, the state of California filed a lien of $95,080 on June 21st in Los Angeles.

Pressly split from her husband, lawyer Simran Singh, who she married in September 2009. To top it all off she is currently out of $15,000 bail for a DUI she received when she was pulled over earlier this month for a traffic violation and is expected back in court on February 7.

Reportedly, actress Jaime Pressly was arrested on Wednesday, January 5th, for Driving Under the Influence. Allegedly, Pressly was driving at 11 pm and committed a traffic violation. The officer administered a breathalyzer test, which she failed. Pressly was taken to jail in Santa Monica where bond was set at $15,000. There has been no confirmation of the amount of alcohol in Pressly's blood.

Pressly recently appeared in the local University calendar as August.
