Next Monday, Jay Leno returns to the Tonight Show and his guest list includes Kristen Stewart, The cast of The Jersey Shore, Kim Kardashian, Simon Cowell and Sara Palin, and Olympians Apolo Anton Ohno, Shaun White and Lindsey Vonn. Some of the musical guests include Brad Paisley, Avril Lavigne, and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.
Jay Leno and NBC are desperate to reclaim the ratings they once shared and are working hard to boost ratings to where they once were before Leno left.
Kimmel & O’Donnell attack Leno

Jay Leno doesn’t appear to be winning anyone over with his move to retake “The Tonight Show,” as Jimmy Kimmel and Rosie O’Donnell tell him to let Conan O’Brien keep the show.
“Shame on Jay Leno,” O’Donnell told reporters Thursday night after an HBO Television Critics Association panel, according to MSNBC.
“I have been a big fan of Conan O’Brien,” she said, directing her comments to Leno. “And if you’re privileged enough to be asked to drive the bus, you should say thank you and drive it to the best of your ability and when it’s time for them to hire a new driver, you should say, ‘Thank you for allowing me to drive this for as long as I did,’ and pass the keys to the new guy.”
“I think the best prank I ever pulled was… I told a guy once that five years from now I’m gonna give you my show,” Kimmel said. “And then when the five years came, I gave it to him, and then took it back almost instantly. It was hilarious.”

Barack Obama “Sorry” For Special Olympics Joke
March 22, 2009 by AmyGrindhouse · Leave a Comment
President Barack Obama appeared on Leno on Thursday (March 19) in Burback, Calif.
During the show the new President made what some felt was a hurtful joke about the disabled community and the Special Olympics.
He’d said about bowling and his low score:
“…It was like the Special Olympics or something.”
The White House quickly issued a statement and said Obama’s remarks were:
“In no way intended to disparage the Special Olympics.”

President Obama says It's Like the Special Olympics
ABC News is reporting that President Obama during his taped show with Jay Leno makes a joke that ends up flopping.
Towards the end of his approximately 40-minute appearance, the president talked about how he’s gotten better at bowling and has been practicing in the White House bowling alley.
He bowled a 129, the president said.
“That’s very good, Mr. President,” Leno said sarcastically.
It’s “like the Special Olympics or something,” the president said.
Anyone want to wager this is the last time a sitting President visits a Late Night comedy show? Some people will pass this off as a joke, some will be offend and some will get mad.
What say you?
