Al Pacino has joined John Travolta and Lindsay Lohan for the crime saga, “Gotti: Three Generations”.
Pacino has signed on to play the Gambino crime family underboss Neil Dellacroce. Dellacroce was an associate and mento to John Gotti, Sr., who will be played by Travolta, according to producer, Fiore Films.
Pacino will reunite with Levinson, who directed him in his role as Dr. Jack Kevorkian in the TV movie last year, which Pacino took home an Emmy for. Levinson also directed “Rain Man” in 1988 which he won an Academy Award for.
Pacino, 71, starredas the mob leader in “The Godfather” movies and won best actor Oscar for 1992 “Scent of a Woman”.
“My guess is it’s going to be someone that we may not really know. I only say that because I don’t know now who’s out there as a name where you say, `Oh, yeah, he could be Gotti Jr.,’” Levinson said. “I’ve always worked with a lot of unknowns, people who hadn’t really established themselves, so I’ve got no reluctance about that whatsoever.”

The popular show Glee offered a cameo appearance to John Travolta, but he has elected to turn it down due to the fact that they would not give him enough time to rehearse for the song and dance number he would appear in.
Travolta told Entertainment Tonight, “They’ve asked but when I do musicals I train for six to nine months… and a show like that is an on-demand thing”. His co-star in the movie Grease, Olivia Newton John, has made an appearance on Glee.
He went on to say, “I really have a criteria or a pride that I would wanna knock ’em dead, and I don’t think I’d knock ’em dead in a week.”
In other news, sources report that Travolta dined with Mary Ingels, Executive Producer of the up coming movie, “Gotti”, in Brentwood. Reportedly Ingels has said that Travolta will take the role and will play the lead. Sources also say that actor James Franco has been approached to play John Gotti, Jr.

I don’t know what the attraction is toward Ke$ha and her music. She has zero talent AND she’s friggin’ UGLY. The proof is in the picture above. Ke$ha: Meet your real dad. Yes, it’s none other than John Travolta. The resemblance is uncanny! Even if Travolta had a love child, Ke$ha got the short end of the stick since she looks like a dude.

Rumor cause Travolta Mistrial
October 23, 2009 by m.coonce · Leave a Comment

A Bahamian politician has said he was repeating a rumour when he prematurely announced the accused had been cleared in the John Travolta extortion case.
Picewell Forbes’ declaration at a party conference - covered by live TV - came before the jury finished deliberations, causing the judge to order a retrial.
Mr Forbes’ lawyer said he had not verified the information beforehand.
Pleasant Bridgewater and Tarino Lightbourne are accused of trying to extort $25m (£15m) from the actor.
Mr Forbes told the conference that Ms Bridgewater, a former senator and a member of Mr Forbes’ Progressive Liberal (PLP) party, had been acquitted.
His lawyer said that the information had been circulating around the party convention.
Mr Forbes is expected to appear before Judge Anita Allen on Friday, to explain his actions and why he should not be held in contempt of court.
The judge, who has yet to set a date for the retrial, expressed concerns that there may have been a direct leak from the jury room - prompting her declaration of mistrial.
Representatives of the PLP later issued an apology for Mr Forbes’ announcement, saying it was “incorrect”.
A spokesman for Travolta said he was “disappointed” in the mistrial outcome.

John Travolta: Piss Off
After nearly four weeks in a courtroom, a Bahamian judge declared a surprise mistrial late Wednesday in the John Travolta extortion trial, leaving the actor and his attorneys mystified and upset.
Senior Supreme Court Judge Anita Allen declared a mistrial because of juror misconduct following an announcement from a local politician that one of the defendants had been acquitted – before the jurors came back with their verdict. Allen ordered a retrial, but did it remains unclear when, if ever, the case will be retried.
“This came out of the clear blue; this was so weird,” Mike Ossi, one of Travolta’s Florida lawyers told PEOPLE.

John Travolta Back in Court
October 1, 2009 by m.coonce · Leave a Comment

John Travolta returned to the witness stand today and testified that the Bahamian medic accused of trying to blackmail him was allegedly threatening to say that Travolta was at fault in his son Jett’s death.
The actor was called back to the stand to confirm that on Jan. 16, two weeks after Jett died, he had been notified by his bodyguard and his attorney that someone was demanding $25 million and, if it wasn’t paid, a document Travolta signed to refuse transporting Jett to a local hospital would be “sold to the press.”
Showing no emotion, Travolta told the court in Nassau that paramedic Tarino Lightbourne allegedly threatened that the leaked document would result in “stories that would imply that the death of my son was intentional … that I was culpable in some way.”
On cross-examination, Travolta admitted that he was never called or threatened personally by either of the defendants — Lightbourne or Bahamian lawmaker Pleasant Bridgewater, who is also charged with blackmailing Travolta.
The case against the pair has always alleged that the threats were made through Travolta’s bodyguards and attorney.
Travolta was released by the judge and is not expected to reappear in court. He left with wife Kelly Preston, holding hands and surrounded by security.
Alleged Travolta Extortionists Haggled on Video
September 24, 2009 by m.coonce · Leave a Comment

Secret police videos have captured the alleged extortionists in the John Travolta case in deep conflict … with one defendant accusing the other of trying to settle way too cheap — this according to law enforcement sources.
As we first reported yesterday, authorities have at least two videos of paramedic Tarino Lightbourne and attorney Pleasant Bridgewater demanding millions of dollars from John Travolta’s lawyers, in return for not making a document public.
Our sources say Bridgewater is caught on tape demanding many millions of dollars, but another video shows Lightbourne outraged that Bridgewater demanded what he considered such a paltry sum. His demand was exponentially higher than hers, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
We’re told the videos show them haggling over money — and although it’s been reported the pair allegedly demanded $25 million, we’re told they finally agreed to $15 mil.
We’re also told lawyers for Bridgewater and Lightbourne will make a motion today to suppress the videos, on grounds they were illegally recorded.
And there’s a sticky problem — we’re told one of the key Bahamian cops in the video sting was seriously injured “under suspicious circumstances” and is unable to testify.
Travolta has not finished testifying. We’re told he has left the Bahamas and will return next week to complete his testimony.
