First off, Hilary Duff looks fantastic in this colorful sundress. Hilary Duff also followed through on a challenge given to her by the Johnjay and Rich radio show. Hilary did the Johnjay and Rich radio show a few weeks back and was talking about how the paparazzi is always around her, so they challenged her to give them a shout-out. Well I guess we can say she makes good on her dares.
