Katherine Heigl returns to TV.

According to sources, actress Katherine Heigl is planning to make her return to TV. The former ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star is set to produce and star in an upcoming HBO movie.

Reportedly, Heigl and her mother, Nancy, will co-produce Ann Hood’s best seller ‘The Knitting Circle’. Heigl, 32, will play a mother who is mourning the loss of her child.

Heigl’s last appearance on TV was on her last appearance of ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ in January, 2010.
She has been hard at work on the big screen ever since. She has two films set to release: ‘New Year’s Eve’, which is a comedy and set to hit theaters in December and ‘One for the Money’ which will open in 2012.

Even though Heigl has been hard at work on TV and films, she still finds time for catching some rays at the beach in Miami with her 2 year old daughter, Naleigh.

Katherine Heigl Talks About Recent Police Visit to Her Home

Katherine Heigl recently went on the Ryan Seacrest show and talked about the incident that took place at her home between her and her neighbor. She tells Seacrest, “We were chillin’ in the hot tub, it was just the two of us. We had just put the baby down, it was like 8:30, 9 at night. I wore my most ridiculous bikini, it was awesome. He [the neighbor] starts screaming at us to go inside. I’m like, ‘I’ve had it, I’ve had enough of this. It’s ridiculous, it’s harassment and I’m calling the police.’

“We called my security and they called the police and they went and talked to him and then came over and talked to us. At that point we were a couple cocktails in. That’s the other thing that’s so ridiculous, we were totally hanging out, like just making out in the hot tub. It was totally PG, we’re not idiots. We’re not gonna be out there doing anything scandalous.”

Katherine Heigl’s Hot Tub Incident

TMZ confirmed, Katherine Heigl and hubby, Josh Kelly, were enjoying some couple time in their hot tub when a neighbor started screaming obscenities at the two - pissed about the noise. Heigl’s security guard called the cops who showed up around 10 PM. the LA police said that Heigl and Kelly said this particular neighbor had “noise issues” with other neighbors in the past. They cops left, confirming a crime had not been committed.

Katherine Heigl Confirms She is Parting Ways with Grey’s Anatomy

Entertainment Weekly reports that Katherine Heigl has now confirmed she will leave the hit TV show, Grey’s Anatomy. She tells the magazine that she wants to spend more time with her family, which includes the newly adopted daughter, Naleigh. Heigl said of the move, “We just finalized our agreement. Everyone had been working really hard to find an amicable and gracious way of letting go and moving on. It’s sad but it’s what I wanted.” She is leaving 18 months before the end of her contract.

Katherine Heigl Not Returning to Grey’s Anatomy

Katherine Heigl was supposed to return to the set of Grey’s Anatomy on March 1st, after three months of maternity leave. However, sources reveal she has not returned to the set and is pushing to be released from her contact in order to pursue a career in movies.

It is rumored that the show’s creator, Shonda Rhimes, agreed to release Heigl from her contract and now it is up to ABC and Heigl’s rep to work out the final details.

Is Katherine Heigl milking the Adaption?

We noticed a lot of blogs this morning reporting that Katherine Heigl is milking the adoption of her Korean born daughter, Naleigh Kelley. The names came from combining her Mother and Sister’s name.

Katherine is probably being accused of milking (not literally) because she has a reputation for being a spoiled whinner. These comments mainly come from those who have had to work with her in the past.

Katherine Heigl breaks from ‘Grey’s Anatomy’

No, she’s not off the show - she’s leaving to make another romantic comedy. Though, there apparently aren’t any disapproval coming out of the ABC Headquarters.

You may remember last month, when she got into a little conflict with former actors and the President of ABC, by complaining how long the days are on the ‘Grey’s’ set.

Her new film is a romantic comedy titled, “Life As We Know It,” directed by Greg Berlanti.

Katherine Heigl Hates Working

Katherine Heigl told The New York Times that Heigl said she’s comfortable balancing movies and TV by working on movie projects during the summer break for ”Grey’s Anatomy.”

”I’m more than happy to make that compromise. As my agent likes to say, ‘High-class problems. I don’t know if I want to continue for five years working 12 months a year, but I can take at least another year or two.”

What a spoiled bitch, in an economy where 11% of Californians are out of work, Katherine is bitching about having to work for a whole 12 months. Oh noes! It is called a job! God these Hollywoodites get on my nerves.
