Katy Perry is not happy with mom’s memoir.

According to sources, Katy Perry is a little upset with her mom, Mary Hudson’s new memoir. Hudson says the memoir was not meant to focus on her famous daughter, but is mentioned throughout the book.

“Katy stepped out from behind the changing doors in a tiny risque costume,” Hudson wrote. “No mother wants to see the top of her daughter’s boobs.”

“I’m writing a Christian faith book, not some kid of tell all book about my daughter,” Hudson said.
The ‘I Kissed a Girl’ singer’s born again Christian parents are not happy with her sexy songs or her revealing clothing during her shows. Perry’s dad told sources, “The situation has caused quite a bit of tension. I don’t want that anymore.”

“I recognized the psalmist gift in her performance,” Hudson wrote. “Yet she sang out, ‘I kissed a girl, and I liked it,’ while thousands joined her. One part of my heart soared … the other part broke for the thousands of hungry souls being fed something that didn’t nourish their spirit, but fed their flesh.”

Katy Perry is suing Australian magazine.

Sources say singer Katy Perry is suing the Australian magazine NW due to an article suggesting that she cheated on her new husband Russell Brand.

On the front page story in March, claiming that the 26 year old star had an “intimate relationship” with Benny Blanco who is one of her producers.

The headline on the magazine said, “World exclusive, Katy’s other man”. Perry and Brand tied the knot in October 2010. The couple decided to take legal action approximately a month and a half after the story hit the newstands. The lawsuit against the magazine was filed on April 27.

Perry made a statement saying that she has been “gravely injured in her reputation and feelings and has suffered distress, embarrassment and humiliation.” Should the singer win the case, the publishers of the magazine would have to pay six figures.

Katy Perry rumored trouble with producer Dr. Luke.

Katy Perry and husband Russell Brand are doing well. But there is trouble brewing for her and her producer Dr. Luke, who is the man behind her biggest hits. A source said, “she got tired of his records, the same familiar sound, but mostly his attitude. Katy’s a star now, and she’s not going to be told what to do.”

When Perry became absent from his Twitter page in December and that’s when rumors started spreading about there being trouble. Luke was nominated for Producer of the Year.

Sources say Perry will having a tough time keeping her track record without her producer. He has a wide range of artists that he works with including Miley Cyrus and Mos Def. According to sources, Luke denied the rumors, calling it “ridiculous” and saying, “they just put the finishing touches on Katy’s newest single, which they created together, in February.”

Russell Brand and Katy Perry Marry In India

Russell Brand and Katy Perry were married this weekend. The wedding was held at the Aman-e-Khas luxury resort in a tiger reserve in Ranthambhore National Park. A Christian minister and longtime friend of Perry’s family performed a “private and spiritual ceremony.” Close friends and family members attended the ceremony. A released statement by the two said, “the backdrop was the inspirational and majestic countryside of Northern India.”

Russell Brand & Katy Perry Vow to Do a Sex Tape

Russell Brand joked with the media about doing a sex tape with fiancee, Katy Perry. He said, “We’ll do a sex tape! Give them what they want!” He then became much more serious when asked about his feelings for Ms. Perry, “I’ve found someone who is singularly important to me, so it means compromise, growing up and all the things they tell you in school. Katy Perry Gets Booted off Sesame Street

Katy Perry is known for her provocative clothing but it seemed a bit too much for viewers of Sesame Street. Parents have apparently voiced their dismay over the Youtube video which lead to the decision to ax Perry’s spot on “The Street.” Executive Producer Carol-Lynne Parente said Perry was a “wonderful musical talent and we had a wonderful time” but that “a lot ” of feedback led to the decision. She went on to say, “We would never, never, never produce anything we thought was inappropriate. We were surprised by not only the amount of feedback, but how fast it came in.”
