Courtney Love takes to the Internet Over Custody
Courtney Love has again taken to Twitter, this time to rant about her plans to sue the mother and sister of Love’s late husband Kurt Cobain over custody of daughter Frances Bean.
Using the new Twitter handle CourtneyLoveUK, the Hole frontwoman insisted: “this s–t with the bean needs to be exposed for what it is right f–king NOW enough.”
Love, 45, also wrote (spelling and grammar hers): “they squeesed my bank accounts so that they were frozen because they know im going to sue the holy s–t out of them and now are … crocodiling my kid whose better than this seriously she was raised too well to be bought,” referring to her daughter’s grandmother, Kimberly Dawn Cobain, and aunt Wendy O’Connor.
Love, 45, has a temporary restraining order against her that prevents her from contacting her 17-year-old daughter.
Another Tweet from Love proclaims: “im severely lonely without my best friend and no am not on drugs BTW.”

TROUBLED actor DAVID HASSELHOFF was admitted to hospital on Friday after suffering a seizure, according to reports.
Gossip website RadarOnline.com claims the Baywatch star’s daughter, HAYLEY, called emergency services when her father fell ill.
The actor was reportedly rushed to Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center by ambulance for treatment.
Hoff’ss neighbour, named only as Christian, tells the website: “I asked one of the paramedics how David was doing and he told me his eyes were rolling back into his head, he was drooling and that he’d had a seizure.
“This isn’t the first time this has happened to him.”
A spokesperson for the L.A. City Fire Department confirms: “Paramedics were called to (a house) in Encino for medical aid. Paramedics arrived at approximately 11:51 am and later transported the patient a nearby hospital.”
The 57 year old, who has a long history of alcoholism, had allegedly been drinking in the past two days and saw one of his personal doctors on Wednesday (25Nov09) after returning from a trip to Canada.
The Knight Rider star was admitted to rehab in October amid reports he accidentally hit a doctor during a booze binge.
He has also been hospitalized on two separate occasions this year, reportedly suffering from alcohol poisoning.
Cindy Crawford, Husband Targeted in Extortion Plot

Cindy Crawford and her entrepreneur husband Rande Gerber were the victims of a $100,000 extortion scheme involving a photograph of their 7-year-old daughter purportedly taken by the couple’s former nanny, according to court papers filed Thursday by the FBI and the U.S. attorney’s office.
The photo shows the child “in revealing clothing, bound to a chair and gagged,” say the documents filed in U.S. District Court, reports Los Angeles TV station KTLA.
According to an affidavit in the case, the child informed the Gerbers that the nanny took the photo as part of a “cops and robbers” game. Annett Wolf, a rep for the former supermodel, issued a statement saying the photo was taken without Crawford’s knowledge.
An acquaintance of the nanny reportedly threatened to sell the photo. He has been identified as Edis Kayalar, 26, a recent deportee to Germany now believed to be in Stuttgart, according to officials. Authorities say that even after his deportation Kayalar continued to demand $100,000 – or he would release the photo to the media.
He has been charged with one count of extortion. If convicted, he could face a prison sentence of up to two years. The nanny, who has not been named, has not been charged.
Wolf’s statement also said, “Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford intend to pursue any and all available legal action against anyone who aids the perpetrator in the distribution or sale of the photograph of their daughter.”
Crawford, 43, and Gerber, 47, have been married since 1998. Besides their daughter, who is now 8, they also have a son, 10.
Balloon Boy Update

The mother of Colorado “balloon boy” Falcon Heene is a stoic, hardworking woman who is loyal to her family and sometimes subservient to her husband, those who know her say.
She now could face charges along with her husband in last week’s runaway balloon spectacle.
Six-year-old Falcon Heene was reported trapped in the saucer-shaped balloon as it floated across the Colorado plains but was later found alive and well at the family home in Fort Collins, about 60 miles north of Denver.
Authorities say Falcon was a pawn in a hoax hatched by his parents to get publicity for a reality TV show. They say the parents could face criminal charges and be asked to pay restitution for the cost of the massive search-and-rescue operation.
The couple, who have two other sons, have denied staging the incident.
Richard Heene, 48, is the public face of the family, and his aspirations to become a reality TV star and television scientist are well known. Mayumi Heene, 45, has been mostly in the background.
Friends say she emigrated from her native Japan — it’s not clear when — and met Richard at an acting school in Hollywood. Public records show they married in October 1997 in Clark County, Nev., which includes Las Vegas.
The couple ran a film-editing business in Los Angeles for a while, renting a house in 2006 and 2007 from Carrie Cavalier, a Burbank-based photographer who takes publicity headshots.
“When they had their editing business, she was doing all the work. She was in the back guest house doing editing and working on the footage all the time,” Cavalier said.

Anna Nicole Smith’s baby daddy, Larry Birkhead, told a court yesterday that he thought the Playboy model was taking too many drugs before she died — including while she was pregnant with their daughter, Dannielynn.
“I felt she took medication in excess,” he testified at a preliminary hearing to see if Smith’s former doctors, Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich, and her lawyer, Howard K. Stern, should stand trial for giving her too much prescription medication before her 2007 death.
“I felt like she was addicted to methadone,” Birkhead said.
He said Stern was always asking her if she had taken her meds. Birkhead also testified that Smith had bottles of methadone in the house.

Celebrity baby fans are waiting patiently for confirmation that supermodel Heidi Klum has given birth to her fourth child, after conflicting stories began to surface on Friday.
According to website RadarOnline, the new arrival - a baby girl named Lou Samuel - was born in Los Angeles at 1pm on Friday, one hour after 36-year-old Heidi was induced.
But several websites quickly published reports stating that while the claims were untrue, labour was imminent.
