Kiefer Sutherland loses in ‘Cattle Scam’

It looks like Kiefer Sutherland will be losing his $869,000.00 investment in a cattle operation. The suspect Michael Wayne Carr is facing 12 felony charges and will be arraigned in the near future. Most of the charges consist of, grand theft, forgery, embezzlement, obtaining money by false pretenses and falsifying corporate books. Since the DA been investigating allegations brought up by other involved, more people have been coming forward stating that Carr either took their cattle and didn’t pay them or they invested money for his to buy cattle and received their money back.

Monsters Vs Aliens Brings in $58.2 Million

Monsters Vs Aliens, the Paramount Dream Works 3D animation blockbuster, doubled the competition with a $58.2 million gross for its first weekend. The Mega-Blockbuster, PG rated kid flick featurs the voices of Reese Witherspoon, Susan Murphy, Seth Rogen, Hugh Laurie, Will Arnett, Kiefer Sutherland, Rainn Wilson and even Stephen Colbert.

Second spot thisweekend was The Haunting in Connecticut, with a gross of $23 million.
