Miley Cyrus Getting Sued
Lucie J. Kim has filled a class action lawsuit against Miley Cyrus. Kim said in her statement : “[Miley Cyrus] knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ.”
So how does she come up with the $4 Billion number?
Lucie Kim says that she is filing on behalf of over 1 million Asian Pacific Islander residents of Los Angeles, each of whom should recieve $4,000 each.
