Parents of the late Michael Jackson, Joe and Katherine, are filing legal documents to take care of their son’s estate.
Jackson’s mother, Katherine, was recently granted temporary guardianship of his children, Prince Michael,12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7.

According to TMZ, 50-year-old pop music Icon Michael Jackson has died.
Jackson suffered a heart attack earlier this afternoon, and a source says he was dead when paramedics arrived to his Holmby Hills home.
Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince “Blanket” Michael Jackson II.
