R&B superstar Usher performed “Gone Too Soon” at the Michael Jackson Memorial Service in Los Angeles.

After a very emotional performance, Usher was immediately embraced by the entire Jackson family.

Brooke Shields and Jermaine Jackson Heartfelt Tribute at Michael Jackson Memorial

Long time friend Brooke Shields gave a very heartfelt speech at Michael Jackson’s memorial service in Los Angeles. Many times, she was near tears, and she shared several stories from her long friendship with the King of Pop.

She also introduced Michael’s brother, Jermaine, who was singing Michael’s favorite song, Smile.

Michael Jackson’s brothers served as pallbearers at their younger brother’s memorial service, this morning at the Staples Centers in Los Angeles. Friends such as Nelson Mandela and Diana Ross sent loving words for the King of Pop, sending their condolences to Michael’s family.

Beyonce Michael Jackson ‘Halo’ Tribute

Beyonce performed a special Michael Jackson Tribute at her Atlanta concert last night, while singing her emotional hit, Halo.

The singer altered the lyrics to the hit song, singing “Michael I can see your Halo” and “I pray your music won’t fade away”.

The King of Pop’s memorial service is set to begin any moment.

Final Preparations to Staples Center for Michael Jackson Service

As the Jackson family gathered at Forest Lawn Cemetery, the Staples Center was getting last minute touches for the service today.

The family will be having a private gathering, before the body is moved to the public service.

Doesn’t it seem odd that they would have their own service at the Cemetery, then take the body to the Staples Center?

Michael Jackson Public Funeral July 3

Fans of the legendary Michael Jackson will have a chance to say their goodbyes to the King of Pop, at a public viewing held at his Neverland Ranch.

CNN is reporting that his body will be taken to the ranch on July 3rd. A private service will be held on Sunday.

No word as of yet on where Jackson’s body will be laid to rest.
