Paris Hilton’s burglar sentenced to two years in prison.

The man who tried to burglarize Paris Hilton’s Los Angeles home last August has now been sentenced to two years in state prison. Nathan Lee Parada was found guilty of felony attempt in the first degree burglary in April.

The prosecution said Parada came from the Redlands to L.A., then bought a star map in order to locate Hilton’s home. He then walked to Hilton’s home armed with two knives.

When Parada was arrested he claimed that he was planning to “get money to go live on a deserted island”. During his attempt to break into the home, both Hilton and then boyfriend, Cy Waits, were at home. Both Hilton and Waits testified in court against Parada.

“I drew the gun on him and I screamed at him to drop the knives,” Waits told the court. He went on to say that Hilton ran to get the phone when they heard him trying to break into the window.

In 2008 the infamous teenage ‘Burglar Bunch’ stole millions of dollars in jewelry, handbags and other luxury items from Hilton before hitting other homes.

According to sources, Paris Hilton and her boyfriend Cy Waits were walking into the Superior Court building on Wednesday in Van Nuys when they were accosted. The man tried to grab Waits on the back of the neck and was immediately nabbed by bodyguards and handed over to the police. The couple went to testify against Nathan Parada who broke into their house last year with a knife in tow.
The man in question, identified as James Rainford, was arrested in October for trespassing on Hilton’s property and getting into a battle with security at her place.

Rainford told police in October that he was in love with Hilton and her father had given him permission to marry her. He said, “Ricky Hilton said I could marry Paris. He gave me his blessing. I love Paris.” Sources say he had photos of Hilton in his pocket at the time of the arrest.

Paris Hilton is waiting on a proposal.

Paris Hilton, star of “The Simple Life” turned 30 last week. Dring a phone call with Ryan Seacrest she reportedly informed him that she was “sure” boyfriend, Cy Waits, would propose to her. Hilton went on to say, “We love each other very much. We’ll see what happens.”

The rumors have been flying since the couple were spotted shopping in a jewelry store in Manhattan. Sources say, “They shopped for engagement rings….They were really cute together. Paris was making comments about the rings, and joking that her ring has to be at least 24 carats.”

Waits reportedly gave Hilton a $25,000 “white gold and black diamond” ring and a white Lexus for her birthday.

Hilton and Waits began dating in 2010 and had a very hard year. Hilton was arrensted for cocaine and Waits DUI arrest, which led to him getting fired by Steve Wyann. The couple began dating in 2010, and weathered tumultuous times last year, with Hilton’s felony cocaine bust and Waits’ related DUI arrest.

Hilton is looking forward to starring on a new reality series this year on Oxygen with her mother.

Reportedly the former BFFs called a truce on Sunday while at Jimmy Lovine’s Grammy after party. According to sources, “Paris came up to her and apologized, and said she didn’t want to fight.”

“Paris said she was happy for Kim’s success despite what reports have said — Kim was sweet and accepted her apology.”

Friends from birth, Hilton and Kardashian grew up together and Kim attended her first Hollywood parties with Hilton.

At an August 2010 Las Vegas bash, Hilton became enraged when Kardashian ignored and mocked her.

Kardashian has told sources in the recent past [regarding the friendship], “there comes a point in life where you just grow apart and you realize you’re not as similar as you thought…And I never run into her anywhere. Isn’t that so weird?”

Paris Detained in Japan Airport. More Drugs?

Just coming off a her guilty plea for cocaine possession, Paris was detained at a Japanese airport by immigration. Hilton’s reps told TMZ, “Paris Hilton was delayed by immigration authorities at a Japanese airport this evening after arriving for business obligations planned many months earlier. Paris was contractually bound to her business trip and didn’t want to let down her brands and many Asian fans.” She has not been arrested but is being detained and currently staying at the airport hotel.

Paris Takes to Twitter to Explain Cocaine Bust

Paris Hilton was recently arrested for cocaine possession after cops (allegedly) found 0.8 grams of cocaine in the heiresses purse. She was charged with felony cocaine possession and could - if found guilty - face four years in jail. She decided the best way to prove her innocence is to take to Twitter. The reality star addressed the rumors going around by tweeting the following message: “These rumors going around are so ridiculous, untrue and cruel. I’m not going to even pay attention to them, because I know the truth.” Yeah, the truth is the shit was in your purse and your going back to jail! She is due in court October 27.

Paris Hilton Arrested Again. This Time on Cocaine Charges

Paris Hilton has been arrested again, this time for possession of cocaine. She spent three hours at the Clark County Detention Center following the Friday night drug arrest. The one expception was that she was placed in isolation so as to avoid commotion. Deputy Chief Jim Dixon said. “If you stick somebody in like her or somebody else who’s famous, all of a sudden it’s disruptive. We’re under obligation to make sure that everybody is kept safe.”

Paris Hilton Detained for Marijuana Possession

Paris was detained for 30 minutes in Corsica after some dogs sniffed out a gram of marijuana in her bag. She was reportedly traveling with “personalities close to power in Malaysia” while en route from Sardinia. This is the second incident where Paris was detained for suspicion of marijuana; The first was while she was in South Africa during World Cup.
