Lindsay Lohan Avoids Jail By Posting Bail, Knocks Back Some Wine on Flight Home
May 23, 2010 by David · Leave a Comment

WTF is up with this whole story? Lindsay Lohan misses her court date because she is partying it up in France during the Cannes Film Festival. She claims to have lost her passport but can’t explain why she didn’t finish her court appointed drug and alcohol classes. So, the judge issues warrant for her arrest. But, of course Lohan sideswipes that order by posting $100,000 bail, thus avoiding (what I was hoping) images of police arresting her as she descends the plane. So, what does she do on the flight from France to London? She kicks back and drinks some wine! Are you fucking serious? Glad we are so forgiving of a cracked out whore who literally throws money at the law in order to avoid responsibility.
Kevin Smith Booted From Plane

Clerks director Kevin Smith has revealed he was asked to get off a plane in the US because he was too big for the seats. The 39-year-old claims a pilot ejected him from the Southwest Airlines flight from Oakland to Burbank, California, saying he did not fit in a single seat.
Smith complained about the incident on his Twitter account saying: “I’m way fat, but I’m not there just yet.”
Southwest issued an apology to the director via Twitter and its website. In a statement titled Not So Silent Bob - a jovial jab at the Silent Bob character Smith plays in several of his films - the airline said: “We would like to echo our tweets and again offer our heartfelt apologies to you.”
The statement continued: “Our pilots are responsible for the safety and comfort of all customers on the aircraft and therefore, made the determination that Mr Smith needed more than one seat to complete his flight.”
It added it accommodated the director on a later flight, offered him a $100 voucher and apologized by phone.
The airline said its customer of size policy states travelers must be able to fit safely and comfortably in one seat or must purchase an additional seat. However, Smith insists that he was able to put both armrests down and buckle his seat belt. He challenged the airline to bring a row of seats on to a US chat show for him to prove he fit into them.
“If I don’t fit, I’ll donate $10k to charity of your choice. But when I do (& buckle the belt as well)? 1) You admit you lied. 2) Change your policy, or at least re-train your staff to be a lot more human & a lot less corporate,” he wrote.
Ivana Trump Escorted Off Plane

Police say Ivana Trump has been escorted off a plane in Florida after she became belligerent when children were running and screaming in the aisles.
Authorities say the first ex-wife of billionaire Donald Trump cursed at the children Saturday, and when flight attendants on the New York-bound plane tried to calm her, she became even more aggravated.
Her spokeswoman, Catherine Saxton, did not immediately return a telephone message. Trump filed for divorce from her fourth husband earlier this month.
She has not been charged in the incident at Palm Beach International Airport.
Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputies asked Trump to voluntarily exit the plane, but they said she refused. She was then escorted off.
