Palin filing for Johnson Pay Records

Britstol Palin apparently thinks her baby daddy, Levi Johnston, is a big fat liar … and she’s subpoenaing CNN and Playgirl to prove it.

The lawyer for Sarah Palin’s kid is scoffing at legal docs filed by Levi’s lawyer — docs claiming Levi made but a pittance over the last few years and should not have to pay $1,688.42 a month in child support - which is what Bristol wants.

Levi says the best he’s done in the income department so far is last year — claiming he made approximately $101,000. Apparently Palin’s not buying it, because her lawyer issued subpoenas today to CNN, Playgirl, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Star Magazine, and National Enquirer, asking for hard figures on how much they paid Levi.

And there’s what Palin’s lawyer believes is a smoking gun. Levi claimed in legal docs that he made no more than $10,000 a year prior to 2009. But in the new docs, Palin’s lawyer attached Levi’s pay stub from 2008, showing he raked in $18,594.50 from one employer - a construction company in Alaska.

PLAYGIRL: Levi Johnston Sports a Fig Leaf

While his almost-mother-in-law Sarah Palin hits the publicity trail this week for her autobiography Going Rogue, Levi Johnston will not be getting the exposure that originally had been promised.

Contrary to earlier teases that the 19-year would leave nothing to the imagination in his Playgirl photo shoot, “He did not give ‘full frontal’ as his manager Tank [Jones] reported he would,” Daniel Nardicio, a spokesman for Playgirl, tells New York’s Daily News. The pictorial spread was shot last week. NBC News reports that publication, originally set for December, has been pushed up to this coming Saturday, Nov. 21.

Levi Johnson still talking about Palin

Levi Johnston, the father of former Republican Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin’s grandson, is going on the record about what he knows about Palin and her family.

Johnston, who welcomed son Tripp almost a year ago with Palin’s teen daughter Bristol, tells Mark Steines that the public Palin is very different from the private one: “The TV side of Sarah Palin which I am telling you is not the real Palin. She goes out and puts on a big show for you and that is the Palin you know.”

He explained that Palin used some surprising terms to describe her son Trig, born with Down Syndrome. Johnston says, “She’d come in from work and she’d be like, ‘Hey, where is my retarded baby,’ and just something like along those lines. The kids, Bristol and them, didn’t think much of it, but the first time I heard it, I was in shock, I didn’t know what to say. So, but then she, it kind of became a normal thing for her to say and you know, I guess, but she’d always have a smile on her face, laughing about it.”

Levi Johnson to pose in ‘Playgirl’

Levi Johnston has laid bare life with the Palin family. Now he’s about to expose much more – himself.

Rex Butler, a lawyer for the 19-year-old father of Sarah Palin’s grandchild, says it is a “foregone conclusion” Johnston will pose nude for Playgirl and is now getting gym-ready three hours a day, six nights a week, working out with an Anchorage body builder, the Associated Press reports.

The trainer reportedly is Marvin Jones, a former Mr. Alaska competitor who has prescribed a low-carb, high-protein diet for Johnston, whose date to disrobe before the camera has not yet been determined – though Levi’s full monty is expected to go online before the end of the year.

Playgirl made the approach to the budding media celebrity (who stars in a new nut commercial), said his attorney. “We told him he would have to do what actors and actresses do. They get in the gym,” said Butler.
