Justin Bieber Assault Case Dropped

TMZ just reported that the the assault case against Justin Bieber has been dropped. A 12-year old accused Bieber of punching him in the face during a game of laser tag. Actually, sources told TMZ that the 12-year old was the actual aggressor, allegedly calling Bieber a “homophobic slur” before attacking him.

11-Year Old Has Parents Arrested Over Smoking Pot

An 11-year old fifth grader was inspired by a lesson he learned during a D.A.R.E program at his school - report those using illegal drugs. So, he did just that. Problem was the people he reported were his own parents. The student brought his parents marijuana joints to school and reported them. As such, his parents came home in time to be arrested and charged with two misdemeanor counts each of marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Now, I know this has nothing to do with celebrities but this story is awesome nonetheless.

Katherine Heigl Talks About Recent Police Visit to Her Home

Katherine Heigl recently went on the Ryan Seacrest show and talked about the incident that took place at her home between her and her neighbor. She tells Seacrest, “We were chillin’ in the hot tub, it was just the two of us. We had just put the baby down, it was like 8:30, 9 at night. I wore my most ridiculous bikini, it was awesome. He [the neighbor] starts screaming at us to go inside. I’m like, ‘I’ve had it, I’ve had enough of this. It’s ridiculous, it’s harassment and I’m calling the police.’

“We called my security and they called the police and they went and talked to him and then came over and talked to us. At that point we were a couple cocktails in. That’s the other thing that’s so ridiculous, we were totally hanging out, like just making out in the hot tub. It was totally PG, we’re not idiots. We’re not gonna be out there doing anything scandalous.”

Rapper, T.I., Thwarts Suicide Attempt

A suicide attempt was thwarted thanks to the help of rapper, T.I. According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, a man threatened to jump off the roof of a 22 story building which was being broadcast on the radio and the rapper heard about it and offered his assistance. Office James Polite told the paper that T.I. “came to the scene and offered to talk to him, we told the young man that, and he came down.” T.I. apparently spoke to the man for a few minutes and was then taken to Grady Memorial Hospital. Faith Evans Arrested - Suspected of Driving While Intoxicated

Faith Evans was arrested this past Saturday night at a checkpoint near Marina del Rey in LA. She was taken into custody on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and er car was impounded. Evans was released the following morning. She is all too familiar with this type of situation. In 2004, she was arrested on drug possession charges but managed to evade jail time by entering a drug-abuse intervention program. We will see how she fares this time.

Police Confirm: Snooki is Friggin Annoying

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was arrested on July 30th due to her drunken conduct at a NJ beach. She was charged not only with disorderly conduct, creating a public nuisance as well as annoying people on a beach - an apparent crime in NJ.

Rudy Giuliani’s Daughter Accused Of Shoplifting At Sephora

The 20 year old daughter of ex-NY mayor, Rudy Giuliani, was accused of stealing $100 worth of cosmetics at the Sephora on Wednesday. Caroline Giuliani was allegedly videotaped stealing 5 items that totaled about $100. The police also added that the Harvard student had $300 in cash on her.

January Jones and Bobby Flay - Car Crash Cover Up?

Bobby Flay was not actually involved in a car crash himself. Yet, he is in the middle of the drama that has unraveled. Apparently, January Jones and Bobby Flay were at the same party that evening and they exchanged numbers. So, when Jones crashed into three parked cars that same evening, she decided to call Mr. Flay. Why, who the hell knows. Apparently he made it to the scene of the accident within 10 minutes and instructed her to go home, which she did. She showed up almost an hour later, wearing new clothes and chewing gum. Flay did admit to seeing her drinking beer that night and witnesses at the scene confirmed that they smelled alcohol on Jones. However, the police did not administer a field sobriety test due to the length of time that had already passed and there was no evidence of alcohol….what? Hmmm, police work and celebrity influence at its best!
