Tila took to the internet yesterday to announce that she had a doctors appointment pertaining to her pregnancy. Once again, reality TV whore Tila Tequila has taken to Twitter to announce a pregnancy - but this time, she means it. “BIG ANNOUNCEMENT,” she posted Sunday. “I am going to become a SURROGATE MOTHER for my brother & his Wife!!! That is my xmas present to them. Im pregnant!!!!”

Hopefully the kid doesn’t come out as retarded as the surrogate.

Kardashian Ladies Throw Kourtney a Baby Shower

It was all about adding to the Kardashian clan Saturday as nearly 80 guests joined Kris Jenner and her daughters Kim, Khloe, Kylie and Kendall to host a baby shower for Kourtney.

The first-time mom-to-be, 30, is due in December, with boyfriend Scott Disick’s baby.

“It was a huge success,” a source tells PEOPLE of the shower, which began at noon and was organized by Los Angeles-based event planner Sharon Sacks, at the family’s home in Hidden Hills, Calif.

Other guests included Kim’s BFF, Tres Glam jewelry designer Brittny Gastineau and Kris’s good friend, comedian Heather McDonald, a regular on Chelsea Lately.

Report: Mel Gibson’s girlfriend gives birth

Mel Gibson may be a father for the eighth time: His girlfriend, musican Oksana Grigorieva, gave birth to a baby girl, according to reports circulating on the Web. PEOPLE is currently attempting to confirm the news.

The baby, who was due in December, arrived Friday, says RadarOnline.com.

Gibson, 53, has seven children (six sons and a daughter) with his estranged wife Robyn, while Oksana has a son, Alexander, with her former boyfriend, actor Timothy Dalton.

The firefighters working the red carpet at the 61st annual Emmy Awards were worried that at least one reality TV star might be going home Sunday with more than just a trophy.

“Hey, did you see Heidi Klum? She’s like 8 months pregnant. So you be ready, you might have to deliver,” fire Inspector Jim Fisher told his colleague Craig Hancock as they and other authorities hustled Emmy VIPs into the Nokia Theatre before Sunday’s show.

A bystander asked Fisher if he knew what Klum, the host of “Project Runway,” was wearing.

“Don”t ask a guy wearing polyester that kind of question,” replied Fisher, dressed in a white uniform shirt and fire-resistant gray pants.

“What about me? This is wool,” piped up Sgt. Pete Foster, who was wearing a wool shirt.

Brazilian Model Gisele Bundchen Expecting

Brazilian model Gisele Bundchen and her husband, New England Patriot’s quarterback Tom Brady, are expecting a child in December, he was quoted as saying on Friday.

It had been rumored for several months that Bundchen was pregnant but Brady confirmed the news in an interview to be broadcast by ESPN on Sunday.

“I told her no Sundays,” said Brady, who joked he would participate in Lamaze childbirth classes with his wife.

Kourtney Kardashian swims in the ocean with her shirtless boyfriend Scott Disick on Sunday (September 6) in Miami, Fla.

The 30-year-old reality star took to her Twitter and said, “Beautiful day at the beach in Miami. Just ordered a waffle with butter and syrup for dinner! With onion rings and thousand island dressing! Does anyone think I’m pregnant?”

I’ll bet Scott sticks around until the baby is born, then vanishes.
