Lindsay Lohan Claims Her Drink was a Shirley Temple

Dawn Holland is claiming that Lindsay Lohan was drinking alcohol and that she smelled said alcohol on Lohan’s breath. While Lohan refused to take a breathalizer, she denies Holland’s claim. TMZ reported that their sources side with Lindsay this time. Sourced told TMZ that Lohan met up with a friend at the Viceroy Hotel in Palm Springs last to get her hair done. While she was there, she ordered a Shirley Temple and fries. She then headed back to her sober house around 1 am.

Lindsay Lohan Turned Down Dancing With the Stars

Dina Lohan told RadarOnline that Lindsay was in fact offered a spot on the hit show, “Dancing With the Stars.” However, she turned it down in order to focus on rehab instead. Momma Lohan said, “We are huge fans of the show and think it’s incredible. We’ll watch it, but it is not going to happen.”

Lindsay Lohan Loses Role in Porn Biopic, “Inferno”

Due to legal issues as well as her rehab needs, Lindsay Lohan lost the role of Loveless in the upcoming movie, “Inferno.” Producer, Chris Hanley said, “Lindsay had scheduling issues due to legal obligations and is continuing to focus on getting better in rehabilitation in Palm Springs, and she really had to focus on that in our opinion. For herself and her career in general it was really her decision to just focus on getting better psychologically.” Lohan’s rehab was extended to January 3rd and she is currently staying at “sober living facility.” The filmmakers reportedly had difficulty getting insurance for Lohan. So, who is replacing Lohan? It was reported that Malin Akerman (Watchmen) will take Lohan’s place.

Dina Lohan Admits Daughter, Lindsay, Is an Addict

In an interview with Matt Lauer, Dina Lohan admitted that her daughter is an addict. She said that Lindsay is currently in the Betty Ford Center in California and is “happy [and] relaxed.” Dina went on to say of her daughter that “She’s just a different person….She’s been in a couple facilities, but this one to me has really changed her.” When asked why she would never admit Lindsay had a problem, Dina said, “That was for Lindsay to admit. As a mother it wasn’t for me to come to tell the world … about her problem.”

Lindsay Lohan Skirts Jail Time

While the prosecutor pressed for another jail stint to address Lindsay Lohan’s latest probation violation, a Beverly Hills judge disagreed. Instead, he ordered her to remain in a residential rehab facility to continue drug and alcohol addiction treatment. She will remain at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage until Jan 3. She will also be subject to random drug testing after she leaves treatment until her Feb. 25 court date.

Lindsay Lohan Goes Back to Rehab

After being released on bail late Friday night - less than one day after she was ordered back to jail - Lohan again checked into a substance abuse rehab program. The 24 year old actress apparently checked in on Monday, a source told People/com. Apparently the producers of the movie, “Inferno” are still willing to wait for Lindsay to star in their movie and have moved production to January. However, it is reported that Lohan’s latest film role, “Rom-Com One Night With You,” was recently given to singer/actress, Taylor Swift.

Lindsay Lohan Pimping Her Own Photos

Lindsay Lohan must need some fast cash. She was reported to be trying to sell a photo of herself wearing her SCRAM bracelet just a few days after her latest jail stint. UsMagazine insider said, “Lindsay Lohan was calling around the pap agencies all weekend trying to get $10,000 up front to pose up in the SCRAM bracelet. All of the major players passed, and she ended up doing the setup with a small agency.”

Friends Tell Lindsay Lohan to “Put Career On Backburner”

A “source” close to the ailing Lindsay Lohan told RadarOnline that, “Lindsay has been told that she needs intensive inpatient rehab for at least nine months. The last thing Lindsay should be doing right now is working”, the source said. “What is abundantly clear to everyone is that the last thing Lindsay should be doing right now is work. Lindsay wants to work, and is resisting the idea of not working. She knows she needs help, but she has contractual obligations, and she needs the money.” Currently Lohan plans on meeting her contractual obligations which means she starts working on the film “Inferno” in the next 45 days.

Lindsay Lohan Back on Twitter - Guess What She is ‘Tweeting’

After 13 days in jail and 23 days in rehab, what was one of the first things Lohan wanted to do? Tweet, of course! Since her license was also just reinstated on Monday, she wanted to show us how she is all reformed and is thinking about safety first. She tweeted (likely while driving), “Clearly.. Paparazzi shouldn’t be allowed to take pictures or video while someone’s driving or at a stop light. 4every1’s sake #trafficpolice.” Wow, I am glad she is looking out for all of our safety!

Lindsay Lohan Must Submit to Counseling

Lindsay Lohan was released early from the impatient rehab program but she is not free yet. LA Superior Court judge Elden S Fox ordered the 24 year old to submit to random drug and alcohol tests at a minimum of 2 times a week, remain in the LA area and she must undergo a rigorous outpatient program - including frequent counselling. If she doesn’t comply…or if she fails the drug and alcohol tests, she will face up to 30 days in jail. Lohan is allowed to resume working though.

Her attorney said of her young client, “She has changed. She’s healthy. She’s clear-headed. She is positive at looking forward.”
