Lindsay Lohan Done with Rehab After Only 23 Days

Lindsay Lohan was supposed to spend 90 days in the rehab facility, but she was released yesterday - after only spending a mere 23 days. Apparently, she was cut loose by county probation officials which apparently have the authority to approve early releases. However, she and her lawyer will be asking a judge to formally approve this early departure from the rehab facility. She is expected to head to her mother’s home in Merrick, LI to spend time with family and recoup. She will have to do some outpatient therapy and will have random drug tests for the next 12 months.

Judge Presiding Over Lindsay Lohan Case Has Recused Herself

The judge presiding over the Lindsay Lohan case has removed herself over allegations of improper practices. According to TMZ, Judge Marsha Revel apparently contacted some medical experts in Lohan’s case without alerting the DA or Lohan’s lawyer. As such, the judge stepped down prior to the anticipated request to do so by Lohan’s lawyer. Great! The only judge holding Lohan accountable no longer presides over the case. Hopefully the next judge will follow in the same steps!

Lingerie Model Denies Affiar with Charlie Sheen

It was recently reported that lingerie model, Angela Tracy, and Charlie Sheen were romancing during their rehab stint together. Tracy has denied all allegations and even went on Access Hollywood to deny the allegations that were first reported by In Touch Magazine. She also made the statement, “My interaction with Charlie has simply been rehab-related and we are JUST FRIENDS.”

Sandra Bullock Denies Rumors of a Sex Tape

Sandra Bullock, in her first statement since her husband’s alleged affairs became public knowledge, told People magazine, “There is no sex tape. There never has been one and there never will be one.” She was responding to rumors that Jesse James made dozens of sex tapes of the couple.

Jesse James is still hoping to mend his relationship with Bullock. He did enter a rehab facility but later left apparently because Sandra would not take his phone call. Also, there appeared to be moving trucks outside the couples home today, sparking rumors that Bullock has no intentions of forgiving Jesse for his philandering ways.

Lindsay Lohan Nearly Bankrupt, No Prospects for Work

Lately we have seen Lindsay Lohan out and about shopping and partying. Yet, she is unable to pay her rent on time. She was two months, or $23,000, behind in rent and received a legal notice to either pay her rent or move out. To add to her financial instability, Lohan is having trouble finding work due to her unpredictability (as related to her drug and alcohol abuse). It seems she is back abusing alcohol and drugs as she has taken two spills in the last several weeks - one outside her friends home and one last night at Ubisoft’s “Splinter Cell: Conviction” Launch Party at Les Deux. People closest to her are again voicing concern for her life. Her dad is again speaking out in an attempt to push her back into rehab while sources say her mother is merely enabling her dangerous behavior by saying she’s fine.

Charlie Sheen Quits Hit Show, Two and a Half Men

Charlie Sheen just returned to the hit sitcom, Two and a Half Men, last month after a stint in rehab. However, the stress of his current marital and legal affairs seems to be the catalyst for his calling it quits, according to a report in People magazine. An on set source told the magazine that Charlie is “quietly telling friends he’s not coming back.” Furthermore, his own rep, Stan Rosenfield, did not deny the rumor saying, “Charlie’s deal is only through this current season.”

Two and a Half Men draws 18 million viewers per week and drew 7.1 million viewers in syndication, ranking it third among all shows for week ending March 21st. Sheen reportedly earns $825,000 per episode or $18.1 million annually. The final episode will be taped April 9th.

Jesse James Checks Into Rehab Facility

I wrote a post earlier about Jesse James following in Tiger’s footsteps….At that time it had to do with the number of women claiming to have had sexual encounters with the married man. Now, he has decided to check himself into a rehab facility - just like Tiger did - in the wake of his very public crisis. Jesse James’ rep told People Magazine that this was entirely Jesse’s idea. His rep went on to say, “Jesse checked himself into a treatment facility to deal with personal issues, he realized that this time was crucial to help himself, help his family and help save his marriage.”

Lindsay Lohan Takes a Spill Outside of Friends Home

Lindsay Lohan is at it again. The party girl who has done several stints in rehab was partying at a friends house on March 24th and was attempting to walk across the gravel driveway in stilettos when she did a face dive into the gravel. Of course she did not blame the fall on herself or her partying. Rather, she tweeted, “Only I would get pushed into a large, sharp plant by crazy paparazzi!!! I need to start wearing more flats.”

Charlie Sheen enters rehab, takes a break from hit show, Two and a Half Men

CBS is putting the hit show, “Two and a Half Men” on hold temporarily while Charlie Sheen is in rehab.

Publicist Stan Rosenfield reported that Sheen only entered a rehab facility “as a preventative measure.” However, he would not specify what Sheen was seeking rehab for. This of course comes after the reported fight he had with his wife where he was arrested and later charged with third degree assault and criminal mischief.

Sheen’s wife, Brooke Mueller, is also in rehab for again, undisclosed reasons, and is still seeking that the charges brought against Sheen be dropped.

Both rehab stints may be in reaction to the fact that Child Protective Services have paid several visits to the Sheen home.
