Leo DeCaprio Attacker Given Restraining Order

40 year old Aretha Wilson allegedly attacked Leo DiCaprio at a 2005 Hollywood party which resulted in him receiving 12 stitches to his face and neck. According to police, Wilson mistook DiCaprio for an ex-boyfriend and attacked him. Wilson then fled the country but was extradited back to the US and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. She was ordered to remain 500 yards away from DiCaprio and have no contact with the actor.

Jennifer Aniston Files Restraining Order Against Stalker

Jennifer Aniston has recently filed a restraining order against an alleged stalker. According to the papers, on July 15th, Jason Peyton was found, “laying-in-wait in a location he believes she frequents with a ’sharp object, a bag, a roll of duct tape and written messages about [Aniston].” Apparently, Peyton spent 8 days hunting her down when he was found by cops. He had carved messages in the paint of his car that said, “I love you Jennifer Aniston.”

Grigorieva Claims Mel Gibson Not Paying Child Support

Mel Gibson’s ex, Oksana Grigorieva, has filed a restraining order against him and has also made claims that he is not paying child support. She told the British paper, The Mail, “He is not paying me a penny. Nothing. I am having to live on credit cards and borrowed money. It is not a good situation.”

She also cleared up the confusion that initially claimed that Gibson had in fact filed against her, saying, “There is no restraining order against me, but my lawyers went to court and a judge granted a restraining order against him. There are so many lies being said about me. I was trying to keep things dignified and be respectful to the father of my daughter, but what he is doing is cruelty.”

Heidi Montag Calls the Police on Her Mother

Apparently this all started when Heidi Montag’s mother, Darlene Egelhoff, reacted negatively to Montag’s plastic surgery results. Her disapproval of Heidi’s surgeries “upset” Heidi so now she doesn’t want anything to do with her mother. Spencer Pratt said of Egelhoff’s reaction that she, “decided to rape my wife emotionally.” What a friggin dumbass! Anywho, Egelhoff went to Montag’s house uninvited so Montag called the police…..normal reaction to your mother arriving, right? Montag told People Magazine, “My mom showed up unannounced to my house when she knows I have no interest in seeing or talking with her…. “She tore my heart out on national television. She is just trying to create drama in my life.” She continued her tirade, saying, “I’m sick to my stomach she would even do something like this. She needs to stay away from me. I’m planning on getting a restraining order against her.”

Oh man, are they really that desperate for media attention. Get a fuckin life!

Lawrence Taylor Facing Rape Charges

Lawrence Taylor is facing charges that he raped a 16 year old girl. He was released on $75,000 bail and there is a temporary restraining disorder in place until October of this year. LT’s attorney, Arthur Aidala, told press that “Mr. Taylor is denying and preparing to fight each and every one of these charges. My client did not have sex with anybody, period, amen Lawrence Taylor did not rape anyone.” His attorney also confirmed that LT has not touched drugs in a long time.

Courtney Love Ordered to Stay Away From Daughter

Courtney Love has been ordered to stay away from her 17-year-old daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, Radaronline.com reports. A temporary restraining order has been granted prohibiting Love from having any contact with her daughter, either directly or indirectly. Last Friday temporary guardianship of Frances Bean was granted to her grandmother, Wendy O’Connor, and her aunt, Kimberly Dawn Cobain, who Frances lives with. A court date is set for Jan. 5 to make the restraining order permanent. The restraining order may have something to do with Love’s ill-advised decision to face off with her daughter on Facebook . “I hate to sound cold but any kid of mine who pulls this (bleep) has lost her position,” Love wrote. “She was deceptive, she lied and she’s lying to herself . . . My daughter is not always honest.”

Justin Timberlake Stalker Ordered to Stay Away

Justin Timberlake has been granted a permanent restraining order against a woman accused of stalking him.

The singer, 28, said in court documents that Karen McNeil repeatedly trespassed and broke into his Los Angeles home last month.

McNeil, 28, who represented herself in court, said she thought that she was destined to marry Timberlake and “to rule” with him.

She was ordered to stay away from the star and his home for three years.

Timberlake described McNeil as an “obsessed and mentally unstable stalker” whom he “does not personally know or have any relationship with”.

Timberlake wins restraining order

Justin Timberlake has been granted a temporary restraining order against a woman described by his lawyer as “an obsessed, mentally unstable stalker”.

Documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court said Karen McNeil, 48, broke into the singer’s Los Angeles home for the third time last week.

Ms McNeil’s “motivation and obsession have become more ominous, intrusive and threatening,” court papers suggest.

She has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Timberlake.

Ms McNeil, who is believed to be homeless, was placed in protective psychiatric custody by police following the incident last Thursday.

Britney Spears is granted restraining order against Sam Lufti

Pop star Britney Spears can rest a little easier at night. Britney, as well as her sons, are protected by a restraining order issued for her ex Sam Lufti. The order, which is in effect until April 28, 2010, says that Lufti cannot go withing 100 yards of Britney’s home or workplace.

Congrats Brit! It’s just one more step to Britney getting her life back together.
