Typical Hollywood stars show up late to premieres and rarely even acknowledge fans, but Robert Pattinson is different from those stars.

According to sources, Pattinson arrived over 70 minutes early for his ‘Water for Elephants’ premiere on April 17 in New York city. He immediately walked to the back of the long line of fans and spent an hour talking and signing autographs. he even posed for pictures with the fans.

He spent an hour chatting, signing autographs and taking photos with his fans. Both Pattison and girlfriend Kristin Stewart have showed the same behavior at the ‘Twilight’ film premieres.

Co-star Reese Witherspoon arrived at the premiere over half an hour after Pattinson and she worked the crowd half way down the street.

Reese Witherspoon sat down with MTV News and talked about her “Water for Elephants” co-star Robert Pattinson. During the interview, she talked about why she feels he is so popular with the girls. She confessed the following: “He is extraordinarily attractive. I’m not gonna lie.” She went on to say, “Robert is such a great guy from a great family,” she explained. “That’s the thing that’s so funny. He’s not really this bad boy; he’s just a great guy and really worked hard on ‘Water for Elephants.’ He really worked long hours, long days. He looks totally different in the movie.”

Robert Pattinson and Dracula - Related?

Ancestry.com recently discovered that Twilight Hottie, Robert Pattinson, is actually related to the Transylvanian leader, Vlad the Impaler - real name: Vlad III Dracula, the person widely credited as the inspiration for the main character in Bram Stoker’s “Dracula.” The relationship connects through the British Royal Family. Pattisnon is a distant cousin to Prince William and Prince Harry; Vlad the Impaler was a distant uncle to the Princes.

Ancestry.com genealogist, Anastasia Tyler said, “Tracing Pattinson’s family back to Vlad was difficult research, but the pieces that unraveled created the perfect accompaniment to the Twilight Saga. Without any myth or magic, we find royalty and vampires lurking in Pattinson’s life — making his story just as supernatural as the one he’s playing on screen.”

Even more incredible is that Twilight author, Stephanie Meyer, is also connected to the prince’s lineage and (therefore) Vlad the Impaler.

Robert Pattinson’s New Hair Cut Makes Headlines

Our favorite vampire has cut his famous locks. While girls from every age group held their collective breaths, Pattinson showed up with a much shorter haircut, but still looking as fantastic as ever. The gals exhaled and promptly continued to scream for his attention. So, what does Pattinson think of his new hairstyle? “I feel so much better, so much better … It’s like having, I don’t know, I feel like I’m wearing two wigs most of the time. So yeah, I feel like agile and stuff. You feel like you’ve got a six-pack already, as soon as you cut your hair.”

Kristen Stewart, Pregnant? Or, is it Robert Pattinson?

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart made jokes in an attempt to avoid questions about their relationship. Both appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show on Thursday to promote upcoming movie, Eclipse. Pattinson said, “Kristen’s pregnant.” Bella quickly responded, “He really loves to shock people because he thinks it’s funny. No, we’ve actually had this conversation. He’s having the baby.” Either way, they would make pretty babies!

Robert Pattinson - Rap Star?

Robert Pattinson told Oprah that his original dream was to be a rapper. He joins Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart on the Oprah Winfrey Show which will air Thursday. He said he was fascinated with American movies and music which he credits for his ability to change from a British to American accent. However, he jokes to Oprah that Kristen Stewart thinks otherwise, saying “But Kristen thinks I do the most terrible American accent.” Stewart laughs out a response saying, “Occasionally, some word will come out, and I’ll be like, ‘We don’t say that!’ ” For some reason I just can’t see Pattinson as a rapper!

Time Magazine Most Influential List

Time Magazine just published their annual list of the Most Influential People and topping the list are Lady Gaga and Robert Pattinson. Speaking of Gaga, Cyndi Lauper wrote, “When I see somebody like Gaga, I sit back in admiration….“I’m inspired to pick up the torch again myself. I did an interview with her once, and she showed up with a sculpture on her head. I thought, ‘How awesome.’” Other musician’s making the list are Prince, Elton John and Taylor Swift. Other TV and film stars making the list are Neil Patrick Harris, Lea Michele, Simon Cowell, James Cameron, Kathryn Bigelow, Oprah Winfrey and Ricky Gervais.
