Ryan Seacrest tops the Reality Power List.

For the fourth year in a row, The Hollywood Reporter has released the Reality Power List. Holding the number one spot for this first time is Ryan Seacrest.

Seacrest hosts ‘American Idol’, ‘E! News’ and a KIIS-FM radio show. He also produces various reality shows, including the ‘Kardashian’ franchise.

He ranked number 5 on the 2010 list, but his creation of shows and his impact on pop culture helped him to ensure he got the number 1 spot this year.

Simon Cowell, the well known rude judge previously on ‘American Idol’ has been number 1 for the past two years. Cowell fell back to number 6 on the list, largely because his show ‘X Factor’ is not on the air as of yet.

‘Jersey Shore’s’ producer SallyAnn Salsano took the number 10 spot, ‘Kitchen Chef’s’ Gordon Ramsay took number 20 and Kris Jenner, the matriarch of the Kardashian clan landed the number 50 spot.

Katherine Heigl Talks About Recent Police Visit to Her Home

Katherine Heigl recently went on the Ryan Seacrest show and talked about the incident that took place at her home between her and her neighbor. She tells Seacrest, “We were chillin’ in the hot tub, it was just the two of us. We had just put the baby down, it was like 8:30, 9 at night. I wore my most ridiculous bikini, it was awesome. He [the neighbor] starts screaming at us to go inside. I’m like, ‘I’ve had it, I’ve had enough of this. It’s ridiculous, it’s harassment and I’m calling the police.’

“We called my security and they called the police and they went and talked to him and then came over and talked to us. At that point we were a couple cocktails in. That’s the other thing that’s so ridiculous, we were totally hanging out, like just making out in the hot tub. It was totally PG, we’re not idiots. We’re not gonna be out there doing anything scandalous.”

Kim Kardashian was on the Ryan Seacrest show yesterday to talk about her new reality show in NY as well as to open her new store. She also opened up about her excitement about her love life. She admitted that she has not been single in a very long time and is looking forward to the chance to live a single life but also to casually date. She told Seacrest, “This couldn’t have come at a more perfect time for me to just get out of my life [in L.A.]… I’m single and I keep on saying, ‘I’m single for the first time’ but I never have really given it a shot to be single. I tried and I tried to play that role but I really wasn’t single.”

Brittney Spears Confirmed to Appear in Glee Episode

Glee creator Ryan Murphy just confirmed on the Ryan Seacrest radio show that Britney Spears will in fact appear in the episode that will honor her music. He said, “Britney, I think, 100 percent is gonna be on the episode, which is exciting.” He went on to say, “She’s gonna come and join us and do a couple scenes.” Murphy told Seacrest that “All of the Britney numbers will be fantasies. Four of the kids have terrible dental hygiene, and those kids have to go get their teeth cleaned – some of them under anesthesia – and that’s when the fun Britney stuff happens.”

Ryan Seacrest Stalker Gets 2 years in Prison

Chidi Benjamin Uzomah Jr, 26, plead no contest to stalking Ryan Seacrest. The judge rejected the Uzomah’s request for probation and sentenced him to two years in state prison and also ordered him to stay at least 500 feet away from Seacrest and his workplace for 10 years.

Uzomah was previously on probation for three prior misdemeanors - assault, battery, carrying a switchblade knife - after he attacked one of Seacrest’s bodyguards outside an event. He then showed up at E! Entertainment TV Studios in LA, carrying a knife and trying to reach Seacrest.

WTF is Wrong with Heidi Montag?

Apparently Heidi Montag is aw struck over Ryan Seacrest’s comments regarding her breasts and now she is going under the knife to enlarge them even further. This is according to her husband, Spencer Pratt. Pratt told Life and Style that “When Heidi entered the studio, Ryan told her that her breasts didn’t look that big to him…..She was taken aback. She came home in shock.” So she did the “obvious” and decided to enlarge her already size “F” cup by 100 cc’s. Pratt went on to talk about Montag’s reaction to her surgery, saying, “When Heidi woke up from the anesthesia (from her 10-procedure surgery), she was angry they weren’t bigger. She said she wanted to punch the doctor in the face.”

Seacrest Stalker Pleads Not Guilty

Chidi Benjamin Uzomah Jr. appeared in court the other day to plead not guilty in the case of stalking Ryan Seacrest. He has been charged with one count of stalking and two misdemeanor counts of violating a court order - which said for him to stay away from Seacrest.

A knife-wielding man suspected of stalking Ryan Seacrest was busted trying to sneak into the Los Angeles offices of E! Entertainment Television, where Seacrest works, police said.

Chidi Uzomah, 25, was already on probation for trying to get into a car with the “American Idol” host last month - then choking a bodyguard who tried to stop him.

Uzomah was carrying a knife when he tried to get into the building on Friday, according to court documents.

Seacrest filed a restraining order the same day.

The accused stalker is being held on $150,000 bail.
