Sean Penn and Garcella Beauvais have been spotted together.

Reportedly, actor Sean Penn is moving on since his recent split with actress Scarlett Johansson. Penn has been spotted having dinner with Garcella Beauvais from ‘Franklin & Bash’.

On Monday Penn, 50, was seen arriving at Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles alone. He reportedly sat at the bar for a bit and Beauvais joined him later. According to a source, “When she arrived, they moved to the front corner table, which put them on display. They sat inside for a while and even ordered food.” The couple later moved outside for a smoke and some privacy.

Penn’s rep nor Beauvais’ rep would comment on the rumors. It is not known if Penn and Beauvais are a new Hollywood couple or if they are just talking about relief help for Haiti.

Beauvais last an aunt in the earthquake. The 44 year old actress did a short film, ‘Eyes to See’ to raise money for Haiti. Her family has been sending supplies as well.

Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn have been dating for a little over three months now and sources say Johansson has moved into Penn’s Malibu home. The home is worth $3.8 million. According to a source close to the couple, Johansson and Penn are keeping public outings to a minimum right now and prefer to “just stay home”.

Johansson, 26, and Penn, 50, like spending time cooking together and hanging out with Penn’s kids. Owen Wilson and Javier Bardem are big friends of the couple and hang with them a lot, sources say.
Her publicist has said, “She has been training for ‘The Avengers’ for over four months and is in the best shape of her life.”

The couple was first seen together at a party to celebrate ‘Black Swan’. They have since attended Reese Witherspoon’s wedding and been spotted in Mexico together.

Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth tied the knot on Saturday and invited a parade of A-listers. Of the stars, Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn were the ones to watch.

“Scarlett is Jim’s client, but no one, including the bride, knew she would have turned up with Sean Penn,” according to a friend. “Turning up at a wedding with your boyfriend is definitely a huge statement, especially that wedding. What it’s doing is announcing to the whole of Hollywood that they are serious.”

All the rumors stated flying about Penn, 50 and Johanssen, 26, after the duo was spotted at a party in LA to celebrate ‘Black Swan’. They were dining in public and her legs were draped over his lap. According to sources, the duo is planning a trip to Haiti in the spring. It appears that Witherspoon’s wedding is where they decided to come out to their Hollywood friends.

“Scarlett is head over heals in love with Sean,” a friend of Johanssen’s said. “She normally tries to hide away from public attention, but when she’s with Sean she doesn’t care.”

Penn, 24, has and still is very committed to the work of rebuilding Haiti after the earthquake. Penn can definately help Johannson while going through her divorce. Penn’s divorce from Robin Wright was finalized in January and sources say he “got taken for one-half of everything.”

Rumors have also been flying about Johannson and soon to be ex Ryan Reynolds. Rumor has it that the two are allegedly seeing each other again. Truth is, sources say, that they are legally seperated and working out the divorce settlement. Allegedly, Johansson is devastated about all of the talk and rumors of Reynolds romance with Sandra Bullock.

Sean Penn gets 3 Years Probation and 36 Hours of Anger Management

Sean Penn made a plea deal with prosecution where he pleaded no contest to misdemeanor vandalism. In return, he was sentenced to three years probation and 36 hours of anger management sessions and the count of batter was dropped. This all stemmed from a fight he got into with the paparazzi last year. If he gets into any trouble with the law during the term of her probation, he could see jail time.

Robin Wright doin’ right

Robin Wright has her juiciest role since “Forrest Gump” in Rebecca Miller’s “The Private Lives of Pippa Lee,” a starry, semi-satirical version of ’70s feminist dramas like “Diary a Mad Housewife” and “An Unmarried Woman.”

If the title “Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown” weren’t already taken, it would fit this uneven movie, and not only because of Wright’s Pippa Lee, who is coming apart after moving to a Connecticut retirement community.

Our 40-ish heroine has long been married to the much older Herb (Alan Arkin), a publisher who refuses to give up work entirely after three heart attacks — and increasingly vocally resents that Pippa has become his caretaker.

That — and the sudden arrival of Chris (Keanu Reeves), the hunky 35-year-old unemployed, emotionally damaged and newly single son of a neighbor (Shirley Knight) — triggers a series of sleepwalking episodes.

Pippa Lee’s façade as a perfect hostess — she’s described as “a mystery and an enigma” by a friend — is also cracking under the strain of memories of her turbulent youth.

Maria Bello once again pushes the envelope as Pippa Lee’s emotionally volatile, pill-popping mother, whose mood swings eventually force the teenage Pippa Lee to flee to a lesbian aunt in Manhattan.

But there, Pippa Lee encounters her aunt’s girlfriend (a nifty cameo by Julianne Moore), who offers a taste of “dangerous” fun.

Pippa Lee (played as a young woman by Blake Lively) falls in with a druggy art crowd in the 1970s.

But she gravitates toward the controlling Herb, even though he has a wife (Monica Belluci) who is arguably even crazier than even her mother.

Back in the present, Pippa Lee has a hyper-dramatic, untrustworthy best friend (a very funny Winona Ryder) and a daughter (the always excellent Zoe Kazan) who despises her, risking her life as a photojournalist in the Middle East.

Miller never really fleshes out all of these colorful characters in her emotionally facile script, leaving the heavy lifting to the actors.

Fortunately for “The Private Lives of Pippa Lee,” Wright is more than up to the challenge.

Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn Reconciling Again?

Sean Penn and his long-term love of 11 years of marriage, Robin Wright Penn were on the verge of a split after an official divorce proceed was started in December 2007. 

Well, it seems the second time Sean has rescinded divorce papers has also been a waste of time.

It seems the famous pair may be on the verge of another reconcilliation.

“This appears to imply that they’re reconciling again,” says L.A. divorce lawyer Lynn Soodik, who is not involved with the case. “It’s unlikely Sean Penn would request a dismissal for any other reason.” 

This is the second time the actor has rescinded divorce papers. Penn, 48, and Wright Penn, 43, started divorce proceedings in December 2007 after 11 years of marriage. 

But they put the brakes on their divorce action four months later, in April 2008, when a court clerk dismissed the divorce petition at their request. 

A lawyer for Sean Penn didn’t immediately return a call for comment. Wright Penn has been at the Cannes Film Festival, where she’s a member of the jury, since last week. She attended the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS benefit on May 21.

Natalie Portman Says She’s Not Dating Sean Penn

Natalie Portman, 27, has spoken out against rumours that she is dating 48-year-old Sean Penn.

She tells Extra:

“Sean Penn is a friend and colleague. The reports that we are romantically involved are completely untrue. I normally do not respond to rumors about my private life, however, this repeatedly fabricated story has forced me to do so.”

Penn, 48, recently filed for legal separation from his wife of 13 years, Robin Wright Penn. Tabloid rumors stated that Natalie and Sean were spotted “making out” at West Hollywood’s Sunset Tower Hotel in March.
